Version III - Very disappointed

Hey everyone!

I came back to Halide after a few years and I'm really disappointed with version 3. Buttons customization is nonexistent, there are no quality settings, and 12MP HEIC photos take up 15MB as if they were DNGs... what is going on? After so much time in beta, is this really what we(I*) get?

What changed?

Back with Halide now that Mark 3 is out. Just snapped two pics a few minutes apart with zero change to lighting. Why could they be looking so different?
