Clearly not centered.Not sure if it’s always like this or something happened? Anyone else ever noticed this? Coincidentally had to adjust windage today, but still dialing in so not sure if it’s related.

I found this randomly posted Sig Cross with a handguard design I haven’t seen anywhere before. Any idea what the Hell it is??
The handguard mounting area doesn’t match anything I’ve seen on the market. It also appears to be arca on the bottom.
Help!
