Waiting for my Form 1 like 👴🏼
Still messing with this thing.
Still waiting for the ATF to bless my barrel chop.
Still refuse to shoot it until it’s chopped and suppressed.

First and last time I rattlecan a pistol; masking was a pain in the dick.
The slide needs a do-over, but it’s not happening. 😅

🤔 IDK, but I’m probably gonna do it anyway.

Just thought I’d share. The Hannibal rail is supposed to be compatible with Samson Evolution rail accessories. The Evolution HK sling point works on the Hannibal, so that opens up a couple more mounting options. HK hooks, of course, but also BFG U-Loops or my preferred method as shown.
I’ve been doing some mockup renderings while my gun is off at Cerakote and not sure how I want to set up the front end.
Re-post with VFG’s included.

I have an older Colt 6520 that will be getting an ASD arcfire and curious if anyone has any experience with these more difficult lowers.
I know that I'll need to have the webbed sear block milled out to a low shelf. (I know ADCO does this, not sure who else.) Also, I need to measure my FCG pins to verify whether they are large Colt (likely) or standard .154ish". If I do have large pins, how should I address the trigger notch? A standard trigger jig won't fit and I'm not aware of anyone selling pre-cut Colt-size triggers.

What’s your optic setup?
The Infitech Aimpoint mount looks amazing and is as clean/low profile as possible, but it absolutely sucks ass to shoot with the B&T stock. I don’t think I want to give up on the stock, but definitely reconsidering the mount.
I previously ran the MFI Ultra-Low and Scalarworks 1.57” with an MPS (1.42” in that pic) and that setup was pretty rad - neither the irons or the red dot were obstructed by the other.
