Hey everyone!

Looking for honest feedback from actual P365 owners, especially Fuse owners. I recently purchased a P365 Fuse after handling multiple options. I came from owning a Glock 19X previously and wanted something slimmer, modern, balanced, and easier to carry. The Fuse immediately felt right in hand and checked a lot of boxes for me.

That said, someone I trust and respect heavily background from the Special Forces, Defense Tech community and around firearms/training culture for years immediately told me: “Stay away from SIG handguns.”

His concerns seem tied heavily to SIG’s reputation and the P320 controversy/history.

My understanding is the P365 platform is mechanically different, but before I fully settle in with this as an EDC/home defense setup, I wanted input from people actually running these guns.

Questions:

Reliability concerns?
Any issues specific to the Fuse?
Would you trust it for EDC?
Anything you wish you knew before buying?
Any known patterns showing up over time?

Not looking for Glock vs SIG debates. I already bought it because it felt great in hand and fit what I was looking for. Just trying to pressure test my decision and educate myself.

I’m trying to decide what to buy as my first 2011/DS 1911 after plenty of reading and hands on experience I have whittled my list down to Staccato P, Kimber 2k11, Stealth Arms Platypus and Sig P211 gto.

I have shot all of them as their comped versions apart from the Staccato which I shot uncomped at a different range. They were all close enough in performance and I’m sure they would be great purchases but I just can’t put one in front of the other at the moment which is why I’d like to hear what other people have got to say, especially where people have experience with more than one of them.

Final bit of background, the comped P is probably the most I would want to spend on a singular gun, I know people will throw out the XC…I don’t want to spend that much, the $3.2k on the comped P is already passed what I would ideally spend. I would like whatever I get to be the comped version. It will be pretty much exclusively used in a range, I have other options for carry and home defense but if it’s was a good fit who knows. I would consider the Bul Armoury but with the availability being so low I’ve left it off the list.

I have a bodyguard 2.0, tp9 elite sc, and a shield plus 9mm that I got today. I’m unsure if I should keep bodyguard and sell Canik or keep Canik and shield plus and get rid of bodyguard 2.0. They are all for conceal carry iwb appendix.

Looking for recommendations for a left handed gas pedal for Berretta 92xi. I can’t find much online for left handers.
