Two sim years went by, and Jas got a call from Morgan Fyres asking him to meet her in a house in Copperdale. He arrived to find a toddler version of himself, who tried to hug him. He instantly pushed the kid off, asking Morgan what was going on.
Morgan knelt down, asking the child to go play in his room, mommy had to talk to her old friend.
Jas admitted that while they'd hooked up, he had never wanted a kid, he hates children and wanted nothing to do with him. So what was the big idea springing this on him?
Morgan confessed she'd had a cryptic pregnancy with Jesse and hadn't known about it until just a few weeks before she gave birth to him.
Jas waved it off as garbage, there was no way he was going to believe that.
Morgan knew she could make things work on her own if she had to, she was skilled with computer programming, and could find a job that fed off that. The complication was, she would be paid more if she had a degree. She'd graduated high school early, allowing her to be a stay-at-home mom for Jesse for the time being, but the money her grandparents had left her wouldn't last and she knew college or university would be far more demanding than high school. She had hoped that Jas would want to be involved in his son's life, but she could recognize it was a foolish hope.
Upset by his rejection of their son, and realizing she was running out of ways to keep their head above water, Morgan remembered a friend of her mother's, Caleb. Caleb was seemingly immortal in her eyes, he never seemed to age.
She called him, explaining her situation, and Caleb readily agreed to have her and Jesse move in with him while she attended university. She talked her fears over with Caleb, who assured her that he had the option of working from an office or at home, and he'd switch to remote work to help with Jesse while she focused on her studies. Morgan was grateful for Caleb's kindness, but then asked what his secret to remaining youthful was. He laughed and changed the subject back to Jesse, asking about his favourite foods, his daily routine, so he could minimize any disruption to the child's life.
Meanwhile, Lou went over to Tamika's to spend some time with her, they played chess, talked and shared a lot of kisses between them.
Lou made it a daily habit to go over to her place to play chess, he enjoyed being with Tamika, her father, and her little sister, Amara. Lou would lavish attention on Amara, playing dolls with her, or rough housing with her (but never too rough). Tamika would watch them and eventually talked her Dad into letting Lou babysit for them on nights when he worked and she had too much homework to provide on going attention to Amara.
Lou loved babysitting his girlfriend's little sister, he saw it as time to bond with the girl he hoped would one day be his sister-in-law. She loved stories, so he often found himself reading to her. Even the not so nice things like diaper changes, he didn't mind too much. In his mind it wasn't just something he was doing to help Tamika's family, he was demonstrating how hands on he planned to be with his own future children someday.
Unfortunately when he got home from babysitting that night, he found something that wasn't completely unexpected but he had hoped wouldn't happen for a while...
His mother had passed, and Jasper was so messed up he couldn't tell which way was up.

Okay, so, I can't add a YouTube add blocker on my android, like I can my PC. Tell me why in all of this man's videos, he complain and complains about EA, but gives EA money? How can you complain about EA and than pay them? Am I missing something here? I am confused can someone make this make sense to me? He talks about how trash and greedy EA is, but still buys and promotes EA.
I somehow managed to get all my sims asleep. Both bio and foster children. The newborn fell asleep and I rushed the others to bed. Even the mom.
