i can write songs and sing them, but i can’t for the life of me figure out how to produce a song. the best I can do is making harmonies on garageband. 💔

would anyone have any tips on how I can produce music? i dont really hve the equipment (dont even got a proper mic) and i really struggle understanding DAW.

other than that, any songwriter tips?

Synn Cole - Meanings

I wrote this one right after my last overdose. I was contemplating trying again, doing more, and offing myself for sure. I honestly don’t even remember making this song, I remember writing it, but no memory of laying the vocals down or how I came across the beat.
I think I forgot about this for a reason. I was gonna post it right before I did it. Instead life got busy and distracted me. I found it a day before I completed my college vocational course and decided to post it. I’m glad that I did. It reminded me that shit does get better if you give the effort for it.
