Hi i just found this community and boy was i looking for something like this, i love looking at others nests and inviting others to mine so im very happy this exists

heres my current nest build! the closet is under the moomin picture lol and I just increased the item limit too wooo so, im currently looking for ideas on what can i add to this place

I spent almost an hour working on this. I don't think I had redecorated my nest since probably Season of Nesting???

As I was about to save it I thought of checking the whole nest first and realized my instrument prop was gone!!

For those who don't know, for some reason it is incredibly annoying to decorate nests with that prop placed somewhere. It keeps getting randomly selected. But I couldn't delete it, because on days on style, YEARS AGO, I managed to get a handpan on it with a glitch. I don't know if they're ever coming back (the glitch or style lol) so I sadly couldn't risk it and had to delete everything. Sigh.

I planned to dye the bed and the rug but not sure which colors I would've chosen. Anyways, in case I think of doing this again, any advice?

I think this time, I'm gonna binge the Feng Shui "and now you know :D" guy's videos until I figure out a layout that feels both cozy and inviting, before committing to placing all the cute little decorations

Wanted to share my nest one last time before completely obliterating it🤧 It was a style I've never tried before and I'm proud of how it came out. Still there's many flaws that I'm just not skilled enough to fix. That's why I'm rebuilding my nest from scratch once I get the Van Gogh props! (Also properly building it in the provided room LOL). Does anyone have any fun ideas/recommendations to put in my upcoming new nest? Thanks!

Tldr, anyone know the new method to place ‘red’ props?

After the most recent update I went to granny to make my usual burner space when I came across tgc’s newest endeavour to challenge builders. To be clear, I was able to do prop+preview, have my prop in a red zone and open my emotes menu however the prop I was wearing was blocked from use so I couldn’t complete the last step of how I’d usually place props wherever I please.

I’ve tried putting the prop in my favourites wheel, combining the method with every trick I could think of to get the secondary prop to be placeable but to no avail, and eventually the primary prop I wanted to place disappeared, anybody out there know the new method or willing to try everything with me?

...in the meantime, I've gotta make room for another teatree on the roof and the magic easel coming in the next update... I dont have any more space! Max CAP on nest upgrades and absolutely every possible prop space used up. I had to get rid of my tea table in my elevator for this tree! GAH!

Hi everyone! I've been trying out a few tricks to decorate my nest. I've managed to put a (small) rug floating outside with a tea set on it. To get to it, I've got a stool on the window.

Now the problem is I can't find a way to get back inside with a stool and instead have to just jump off (to Aviary). Does anybody know how I can set the stool up to allow me back in to the nest? Tried for so long and this was the closest I got but it won't let me sit :(
