Alone Against the Flames | Full Solo Playthrough | Cthulhu Sleep Anthology

I started a Call of Cthulhu Sleeptube series for relaxing, sleeping, and decompressing. Part 1 is up!

I recently stumbled upon the "DND to fall asleep to" / Sleeptube community (shows like The Kingdom Sleeps), and I fell completely in love with the concept. There’s something so comforting about a calm, measured tabletop story mixed with soft ambiance to help you unwind.

I don't play D&D, but I do run a lot of indie and horror systems. And so I wanted to test this format out myself to create a quiet space where people can just press play to relax, concentrate, sleep, or decompress after a long day.

My new playlist is called the Cthulhu Sleep Anthology, and I’ll be doing full, uninterrupted playthroughs of solo investigative gamebooks in a very relaxed, low-energy tone with soft background soundscapes.

5 Leagues - Blightburners Turn Two – The Ogre

This was a brutal one round affair that left my main hero (who is also the toughest and most armored) in a crumpled heap. A point of luck saved her from death. Fun though. Thanks for looking!

How do you feel about solo TTRPG actual plays?

I play solo TTRPGs and started an actual play channel. Wondering what the community's thoughts are on solo vs group actual plays? Or actual plays in general?

Campaign 2 shows how to play Shadowdark RPG, using the Dungeon Crawl Classics adventure module, Sailors on the Starless Sea. It's an old school, OSR, deadly starting adventure funnel/gauntlet, for level 0 characters to begin their adventuring career.
