Stained Glass from Gloucester Cathedral
An old stained glass window and a newer one from Gloucester Cathedral. Edward II is buried to the left of the big, older stained glass window. Robert Curthose’s effigy is just outside the chapel with the newer stained glass window.

Just finished up my largest piece yet, I’m calling this one “The Lute”. Very proud of how it turned out!
I made this piece “The Lute” (the loot) as a sort of companion piece to “The Lyre” (the liar). Once again mounted in a Ludwig bass drum, but this one is 28” instead of 26”. It was a really fun project to design and create, I hope you all dig! I have lots more photos of the build process, let me know if anyone is interested!

Printemps Paris
Printemps has a stained glass dome like Galleries Lafayette a few blocks away. In Lafayette, the dome covers 3 or 4 floors and you can see it soon after you enter the store. Printemps dome is on the 6th floor so you have to use the lift to find it. I didn’t know this so I showed some employees a photo and the first 4 i showed it too said they didn’t know anything about it! Can you imagine working in a massive department store with a huge glass dome and not even knowing about it? 😂
