Dissapointed

I use a lot of product from Thermos and Yeti, this is the first time i bought stanley because i like this version. But too disappointed. Mine starts developing condensation on the outside after only about 30 minutes with a cold drink, and the ice melts much faster than I expected.

Anyone else buy a second cup if theirs gets ruined?

This might seem petty, but after dropping my pink Glinda in my own room and now having a dent in the side, I bought another. I just love that cup so much that now seeing more damages become visible, it’s hard to use that cup. I already got scratches and blemishes on it from a child knocking it onto the ground at my summer work which upset me already. I’m keeping the one I currently have for those situations of idk what will happen, but yeah. Anyone else?

Stanley cup + mini Walmart haul!

I’ve been in the hunt for the Walmart variant for a while and finally found it! My local store had one copy in so I picked it up along with a tee from the Lee collab that was on clearance for $7. It’s such a cozy shirt🥰

Also got my Stanley in and it’s so pretty! Sadly mine be was missing the keychain. Reached out to customer service and since the both cups that came with the keychain were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a replacement. They offered me 20% off my next purchase and I asked if I could have a partial credit instead. They said I can only receive a refund if I sent the item back. That didn’t sit right with me so I asked to talk to a supervisor and then they came back and said they would do a full refund for the cup and let me keep it. That does make up for it lol but I’m still sad I don’t have the cute keychain so if anyone has an extra please let me know😅All in all this is still a pretty good haul I would say!

Warrenty filed and received the wrong color

So about three months ago I finally caved and bought a plum colored Stanley, then after only a few weeks it stopped keeping things cold, so I filed a warrenty claim. After about two weeks of going back and forth with Stanley's warrenty department they send me a new cup. Only it's pink. I'm pissed at the lack of communication on this, at no point did in our emails did they mention my original purchase color being unavailable. I understand they say they can't guarantee the same color will be in stock on their website, but I still feel like a heads up would have been preferable. If I wanted a pink Stanley I would have bought it. Now I feel like I completely wasted $50, and I'm beyond frustrated.

Stanley Classic "Legendary" Camp Mug - Disappointing quality & zero warranty support

Really disappointed with this mug. The paint started bubbling up on the handle after standard use. When I reached out to customer service, my warranty claim was denied because Stanley states that "cosmetic defects" like paint or finish issues are not covered. For a brand that prides itself on durability and premium quality, this is unacceptable craftsmanship and poor customer policy. I would not recommend this product.

Is this crack okay?

It was knocked off of a table at school 😭 It looks like it’s just on the outside layer, so I think it’s okay but wanted to check here. Thanks!

Looking for a good quality hydration tumbler for work and also the gym or sports?

Been looking around and seen many people using Stanley and was wondering if they are really good? I am looking for something that can fill about 750ml-1.2liter of drinks and can keep it cold for more than 12 hours at least. Will most likely use it to travel so the lid needs to be leak proof. Want something that looks stylish and elegant and not loud but more importantly also good build quality. I don't mind if it costs more for the quality and style. Any recommendations? Also what is your daily tumbler and why you like it? Thanks and appreciated.

Looking for a new pink

This is my Glinda and I love her, but I’m looking for a slightly darker, hot Barbie pink . Preferably if the cup is all the same shade and the handle is not a different color. Any help and pics are appreciated!

Contact form doesn’t work? (Warranty)

I’ve been trying for a week to submit a warranty claim via the contact form on the website. Each time I try to submit, this pops up. I‘ve also written an email last Wednesday which I got no response to.
Do you guys have any other suggestions?
(Sorry for the quality of the photo)

Found this 64 oz at Walmart

I was debating between a couple of different ones and landed on this one. I like the color and texture it reminds me of The Egg grill lol.

Camellia or Berry Glitter

I’ve been looking for a new pink Stanley. And I’m liking both of these, but I cannot decide. Which would you get? And can I see pics if you have them?

Quencher ProTour Flip Straw keeps leaking through top

I bought a Quencher ProTour Flip Straw. When I close the straw, my drink would leak through the top and eventually overflow.

I complained via email and they sent a new one. This one does the same thing, making me think I'm doing something wrong.

Am I filling it too full? Should only go 30-35 ounces full instead of filling it all the way? I really don't think I should do that since I didn't get a 30oz cup...but is that the way?

Or is this one also defective? Or is it standard ops for these to overflow? Or is it a byproduct of carbonated drinks in something that's sealed with a straw-type lid?
