The best there is, done and done!

Finally working on the bounty hunter box and started with my favorite one first. I say it's done, but really I have the dings and scuffs to do... I just don't want to mess up the clean looking armor

Any thoughts or critiques? Much appreciated!

What is the Tallest Shatterpoint Miniature?

I'm looking to build a set of storage drawers for my miniature games. All of the miniatures I have seem to be a max height of 2.5 inches. Anyone know of a miniature in the game that is taller than that?

Someone destroyed my figurines at Newark Airport...

Here’s what happened: Someone at the airport opened my aluminum carrying case and put that plastic CG Energy box inside, crushing the figures.

The dents in this aluminum box are strange, too; it was in a safe spot inside the suitcase, and nothing else was damaged.

The worst part is that many broken pieces are missing, making repair impossible, they aren't in the box, and they aren't in the case. They’ve vanished. The Darth Vader version from the diorama has disappeared completely.

There were 30 Shatterpoint miniatures here, and a few others. vI traveled with them a lot and never damaged anything serious.

Here’s what I assume happened: My suitcase was selected for inspection. They opened the package and likely had trouble closing it, so to save space, they tucked the CG Energy pack inside the figures' packaging. Then, while cramming everything back in, they crushed the figures box while trying to close the suitcase.

Greef karga

Greef Carga... now things are getting serious. The model is really beautiful, and I really enjoyed painting it.Of course, compared to the usual Shatterpoint miniatures, which are either completely white or completely black, this time we decided to mix things up: a brown model, dressed in brown, with brown details and a few little brown accessories here and there, just to break up the monotony a bit 😀.

I already said a really beautiful model😀?

Ig-11 done

IG-11, painted in one hour, blindfolded and with my hands tied behind my back. I know, it looks terrible, but in the end, it’s just a water heater. I didn’t feel like putting too much effort into it.

Certified Guild squad done

Certified Guild Squad Pack — my take on this squad.

I had a lot of fun painting them, and of course the highlight was trying to recreate the Mandalorian’s chrome armor. But I really enjoyed painting the others as well.

I hope you like them!

Wounded Units Rule? (Vader Jedi Hunter)

I have a weird question. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Can wounded units use abilities that require you to take voluntary damage before use.

Main example being two rules Darth Vader, Jedi Hunter has. His, The Sith Lord Strikes Back rule allows him to melee attack while wounded. His Your Hatred Makes You Powerful rule lets him take 2 damage and if he does, he gets 3 extra dice on melee attacks.

I intuitively think it wouldn't work. You cant take the damage so 'if it does' doesn't trigger (like dashing with pinned). But I'm honestly just surprised I can't find this clarified anywhere given how unintuitive some things in this game can feel like and the fact this rules interaction is entirely on one unit.

Any help is appreciated! :)

Edit: Thank you. I can't believe I missed the combat action clause on "Your Hatred...". Still some interesting interactions to be found with damage and wounded units it seems. I feel a bit silly but hey, at least now I know.

Rogue one and all the way vs Deploy the garrison and Fear and dead men

Thinking about picking up these 4 squads, would they be pretty balanced or will one routinely overwhelm the other?
