For my Station 19 / Carina and Maya shippers, is there a reason why I often see the song related to the ship? Have Danielle and/or Stefania said anything about it being Carina’s and Maya’s “it” song for their relationship or something?

I haven't gotten to watch Station 19 just yet but I don't mind spoilers so if you need to, feel free to list them if there are any regarding what I asked.

I would Google it but I’d rather ask the fandom/shippers themself.

I'm watching for the first time and 3x01 was a pretty big episode that I kind of love/hate. I liked it because of the situation and melting Grey's and Station but I disliked the way it was directed, the present / flashbacks threw me off (it's usually the case, I'm not a fan of this "technique") and quite a lot of the writing was bad. I don't know.
