Torrentio was giving me an error, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but now it's showing this error. What's the reason?

Is there a way to show different results on different devices?

I use media on multiple devices.

Basically, I want high quality 4k 30GB plus files when watching in my home theater.

When using my tv 4k quality but files under 10 gb.

When watching on my tablet 1080p for under 3 gb.

And on my phone, on 5g data, 1080p for around 1gb as data saver.

Is there a way for me to configure results so I see these custom results based on the device.

Hi, started watching a show that has the original audio in German but Stremio defaults each episode to the default in the Stremio app itself, is there a way to change this behaviour?

Using AIOStreams if it helps.

I decided to use Meteor as the first addon because it’s the only addon that has english dub for some content. I’m used Addon Fetching Strategy with “Sequential” selected, and I placed Meteor in Group 1 with this condition:

count(previousStreams) == 0

I learned this from another post so Group 2 will only be used when there are no results from Group 1, which currently only contains Meteor.

The issue is that autoplay sometimes starts a stream that isn’t from Meteor. I confirmed this by pausing the content and checking the available streams, all visible streams were from Meteor, but none of them were marked as currently playing.

I asked ChatGPT about it and got this explanation:

“So what likely happens: A non-Meteor addon responds first, autoplay grabs that stream immediately, Meteor responds slightly later, Now Meteor streams show in the list, but playback already started.”

And also:

“Most likely: That stream came from an addon that: responded early then got filtered out or deduplicated later So: autoplay used it AIOStreams later removed it from visible results.”

I’m hoping someone can help me figure this out. I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,

A few months back, the WebOS25 update was beginning to be pushed on my LG OLED, and when I saw some first reactions I got scared and didn't update, because a lot of people were saying it broke everything, especially regarding play-back in Stremio (blu-ray remux for example which are very important to me).

As a result , I am still on WebOS24 currently and the experience with stremio is quite good with not much problems.

However, I also have seen that it now enabled to play mkv with DV (vs mp4 only before) - which is great news !

I'd like to know if some of you have made the switch to WebOS25, and if so, confirm this is fully stable, with no problem at all, so that I can join the party 😊

Im new to Torbox, I subscribed to the essential plan with 3 slots.

In my home tv it works fine,

Now I logged out and back in in my parents house, did sync addons but no torrents are shown.

Whats going on?

first of all, I'm still a newbie, so apologies in advance if my question is stupid. I've tried searching reddit for an answer, but no luck.

My setup is Torbox + DuckStreams, and everything works (mostly) perfect. The one thing I can't figure out is: where in Stremio do I find my own downloads that I've added manually to TorBox? Some have suggested enabling an option in Torbox integration settings, but I haven't found anything. Not sure if it's a setting in DuckStreams or something?

No matter what I watch, it doesn't get added to the library (which I thought should happen). What's strange is that the main page works fine. I even see "continue watching" titles, with the exact spot where I've left off. But the library is empty.

I'm using the latest Stremio version on MacOS. The library is empty across all my devices though.

Any idea what could be wrong?

I used to use Stremio with RD + Torrentio without any complex setup. However, I had to switch to TorBox and decided to use AIOStream + AIOMetadata.The links load very slowly, and sometimes they don’t load at all. I’ve already tried setting addon fetching to Dynamic, but it didn’t make much difference.How can I make the search almost instant and reliable again, like it used to be?

I have duckkota aiostream installed on torbox after I bought the subscription. I see people talking about a lot of addons that one could install. Can someone tell me which addons are worth installing with this set up? Thanks

I've installed stremio on macos El capitan.

The stremio veraion is 4.4.

When In the homepage, I don't see pictures of the movies, and when entering one, there are no available torrents.

What should I do?

I'm new here and have never used Stremio. I've read the pinned tutorial in sub, I went through the bootstrapper process using my phone, clicked sync addons on my fire stick but there's still no addons showing up on my fire stick. I checked the web version and the addons ARE showing up on the web version. I checked my fire stick to make sure I'm logged in, I reboot the app... Still no addons showing up.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, once I get the addons issue corrected, how do I add my Debrid service and Trakt?

Hey all. I'm new here and before I put my money in Debrid and stuff, i just wanna try playing some movies in Stremio. So what's the best HTTP addon right now? (I'm asking free ones ofc)

Anyone able to find the latest episode to “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen”? It would be season 23 episode 86. I have AIO streams set up with torbox and RD along with DMM. I am not getting any results and can’t find any on the DMM app either to cast/download.

If you are able to check I would appreciate it! And if you are able to, let me know where it’s pulling it from.

Any suggestion for why streams for Jeopardy can't be found? Using Duckstreams with Torbox. When I search DMM, I know the episodes are there and cached, but they aren't found when I look for the particular episodes in Stremio. I asked about this a while back and there wasn't a great solution, so I'm wondering if anything has changed at all.

Due to the recent RD troubles I’ve switched over to TorBox, and have followed this guide for setting it up with AIOstreams, AIOmetadata with Stremio etc.
It’s working and I’m finding streams that do load, but they buffer quite a bit and the audio is out of sync on most streams such that I have to manually adjust the offset.

Have anyone experienced similar problems with AIOstreams + TorBox? Any configurations that might be causing this?

I got an Easynews sub. It plays files perfectly fine. however,I cannot seem to search from Easynews directly,and because of that Im not getting certain results when searching on Stremio. Ive got easynews apps(configured correctly) installed,and easynews search installed

i have been at this for 5 days straight trying to figure out what i did wrong and im hoping someone can help me out here. a few days ago i self hosted nzbdav on an oracle free vps running ubuntu and im pretty sure i followed the guide correctly. i use newshosting for usenet and nzbgeek for my indexer and i just paid for a 6 months subscription on nzbgeek.

to tie it all together im using virens public instance of aiostreams. inside the aiostreams settings i went to services and turned on nzbdav on port 3000. i typed my oracle public ip into the url and public url boxes and typed the api key, username, and password exactly how i set them up in my webdav configuration. then i linked nzbgeek using the built in newznab addon block.

the issue is when i go to click on a tv show or movie in stremio everything looks fine at first because i can see all the scraped usenet links pop up in the player. but as soon as i click on any link it just wont load the video file. it stays on the loading screen and just spins infinitely and never actually plays anything.

the weird part is when i check the nzbdav web dashboard i can actually see the file segments actively downloading from newshosting the exact second i click the link in stremio but thats about it. the server is obviously fetching the data right but the stream is getting blocked somewhere between the oracle vps, the public aiostreams page, and my local video player. anyone know what would cause this infinite loading loop or how to fix the url or credential formatting to bypass it? any help is appreciated thanks
