My EpicJoy SummerCart came pre-loaded with roms and some rom hacks, but it seems like it is just the rom hack files (I’m not certain). Anybody know if there is an easy way to get those rom hacks functioning or do I still have to go through the annoying process of compiling them to work?
Kinda the whole reason I bought the summercart was told it was region free but the NTSC roms don't display correctly on my tv/console (tested multiple TVs). Changing the settings to pal60 or NTSC also doesn't fix it. Honestly quiet disappointed.
Edit: I'm disappointed however this could just be user error so who knows where my disappointment should lie
Fork of gb64 with M64 + Summercart targeted fixes:
- Controller Input (you can now play games!)
- In-Game Save Persistence (you can now save games!)
- Integrated Real Time Clock (uses SC64's built in RTC)
Hi, I received my first SummerCart yesterday and I haven't stopped trying to fix this problem since. I've already activated PAL60 mode. I've tried everything since yesterday because I've seen that other people have had the same issue. I've patched it, changed the TV mode through the SummerCart menu, and nothing works. Even with my TV's system settings, I use the original AV cables, so I don't use an HDMI cable because my 2012 plasma TV does have a component input., the game still displays in black and white, and it's even worse with other games. I don't know if I patched the game incorrectly. I have updated the firmware and the menu, so I honestly don't know what else to do. I really don't intend to spend any more money on it.
I bought a Summercart64 from Phenommod (through ShiraSeal) and it works fine, but I have one issue. The SD card slot seems to be not springloaded (or however it is called). So it's hard to get it back out. Is this normal/supposed to be so? It's not the end of the world, but it's a little bit annoying and since they claim to make the best Summercart64 with premium components I find this a bit curious.
I'm using a summercart with my M64, and for some reason the game roms don't detect the built in expansion pak in the M64 for game saving. Is anyone having similar issues and/or have found fixes?

I’m not sure if it’s the n64, the cartridge, or the SD card that came with it.
Hi folks. I just received my Summercart64 from ShiraSeal (they sell the carts made by Phenommod) in europe. Can't wait to try it out with my M64.
I want a nice case for the flashcard. I didn't find something while googling. Does somebody have a suggestion?
Maybe just a Bitbox for N64 with a nice Cover? Are there any premade covers for the Summercart64 which would fit in a Bitbox?
Or any other suggestions?
I bought a purple one from EpicJoy store when they first came out. He's insistent on "funtastic" red and found the following on AliExpress:

Would this be reliable?
