I recently flashed FreshTomato 2026.3 on my Asus RT-AC68U, and it's mostly been working fine, but i noticed the signal strength on the 5ghz band tends to drop into the poor range, bad enough that my phone disconnects from it from time to time. 2.4 works fine, and I didnt have this issue before flashing FreshTomato.

Any ideas?

Ive seen a couple interesting forks of N64FlashcartMenu and other menu options, what's your favorite? Or do you stick with N64FlashcartMenu itself?

Sometimes i find myself in the position of wanting to make a syrup last-minute for a cocktail, and letting it get down to room temp normally takes a while, especially during the summer.

Any tricks for cooling it faster without risking condensation?

I'm fairly uneducated about Indian food but i really like the few things I've tried.

A new restaurant opened up very close to my house so ive been trying random stuff off the menu, and every other time they gave me a lovely assortment of sides: rice, raita, a couple chutneys, sambar, etc.

Tonight i ordered karivepaku kodi fry and paneer kulcha (both delicious! Love me some curry leaf) but it only came with the meat and bread, no chutneys or rice.

Do some dishes just not come with the accoutrements? Or did they forget? I wouldve asked but i didnt want to come off like i was asking for free stuff.

Im a long-time Shiren player (and roguelikes in general, love me some Brogue) and want to give one of the pokemon games a shot. Im wondering which one i should start out with.

Most of the posts I've seen asking what the best pokemon mystery dungeon game are focused on the story, which i couldnt care less about. Im just focused on good, fun gameplay.

I have a dreamcast with a GDEMU that i run into my CRT, and I've noticed it has some noticeable visual noise, like a horizontal rippling effect. I only have this problem with the dreamcast, every other console looks fine over s-video.

Ive tested multiple av cables and i get the same result. However, if i run it via scart to my Retrotink 4k into my HDTV, the signal is crystal clear.

My gut feeling is that its power supply-related, and the tink is filtering out the noise. Am i right? And if so, should i do a psu replacement with a modern third party solution or just recap?

I had a company out to look at my attic insulation, and they quoted about $2000 to top off the existing insulation to R49, air seal, etc.

They also gave me an option for an extra $1000 to remove the existing insulation vs just topping it off.

Is it worth the extra grand to get the existing insulation removed?

The house was built in 1998 and both contractors who looked at it said it was in good shape, just not enough of it. And the upstairs holds heat/cools well, I'm just looking to drive down the humidity during the warmer months.

Also before anyone suggests it: im not handy/confident enough to tackle this on my own, nor do i want to.

I do fine in the normal stages, but im really struggling on the race stages and the "tag the rival team's backs" stages. Im on the sewer stage and i cant get enough speed to catch up to the rival team.

Is there a trick to building more speed?

Ive been using Flor de Caña 4 for my gold rum, but i recently tried some on its own and realized im not s huge fan of it.

Any suggestions for something better? I know gold rum is one of those overly-broad rum categories, but im just looking for something kind of all-purpose.

Anyone have a recommendation for a good UPS for my gaming PC? Doesn't need to be anything crazy, I just want it to survive brownouts/blackouts long enough for me to shut it off gracefully. After the latest brownout and my computer not booting after the first couple tries, it successfully put the fear of god in me to get a good backup system.

I've tried to find some but i either get recipes that use pineapple juice, pineapple rum, or chinola passionfruit. And the recipes on the chinola website are the typical "use liqueur as base spirit in standard cocktails to show it off even though it's not balanced at all" stuff.

Anyone have some cocktails that use this stuff?

My partner just got diagnosed with LPR after having pain in her throat for several months, and she's distraught.

I do all the cooking/baking in the household, and im hoping to find some ideas for stuff i can make her that'll be a bit of an indulgence without messing up the healing process.

What do yall like to make that's both acid-friendly and a treat?
