Guatemala 🇬🇹 give us so mant landscapes and sceneries… Most of them volcanic type

Hello! I own a grand vitara 09, went to a mechanic today and found out that I have a lot of rust underneath the car at some places. The big rust hole is located at the rear, with the second picture just to show the location. Picture 3 is the opposite side and the last two is in the middle. I don’t know what the part is called and how important they are. Is this car dangerous to drive occasionally? Is it repairable? At what price range should could it be?
I live in Sweden, the car has some other problems aswell but I need to adress these before. The car has gone 300000ish km. I bought it used last year. Thanks for any information!
