What is everyone's opinion on Aaron Tveit's performance as Sweeney? I've watched a "slime tutorial" of him on YouTube, and I was honestly a little overwhelmed and had some of the same thoughts for his performance as many have for Johnny Depp in the film. Maybe even a little worse; he just seemed very sullen but not really to the point of brooding, just an exhausted, jaded man who probably wouldn't even have the motivation to seek justice if he was a real-life person of the same constitution. Sutton Foster didn't do great either in my opinion. Where Annaleigh Ashford arguably went a little overboard in her silliness, Sutton Foster seemed to take it to the other extreme and just didn't have the magical touch that Lansbury's Lovett had.
