smells like shit and old dog all throughout

My priorities are a quiet gym where I can walk in with my headphones on, have a serious work out in a hygienic environment, take a shower and go home. Somewhere I dont have to wait around for equipment to be free. The other option is Buzz but I've heard it can get very busy and that doesn't align with what I want from my gym.

I just picked up a secondhand guitar and it’s got a weird harmonic on just one string that I can’t dial out. I’m new to the area; are there any local music instrument shops or guitar techs in town?

Appreciate that this isn't exactly the type of recommendation people ask for around here, but was looking for a private clinic to get a vasectomy done. The NHS wait-list is massive and I'm likely to be refused given my age.

Prices seem to vary wildly so hard to say what's reasonable. If nothing decent available, there's always two bricks...

Hey all, hoping for some advice before I take it to a mechanic.

My ix35 makes a low “tuuuh” humming/droning noise that starts and gets louder as I speed up. It goes away as soon as I brake. I can feel the vibration through the steering wheel and the accelerator pedal too.

No clicking sound when turning, and I haven’t noticed it getting worse cornering one way vs the other (still checking this).

Does this sound like a front wheel bearing to anyone with experience? Or could it be something else — CV joint, tires, driveshaft? Trying to get an idea of what I’m dealing with before booking it in.

Can anyone else on here around the Grange Park / Windmill Hill business park area smell manure? I'm wondering if there's been a sewage leak or a manure truck has dropped its load (no pun intended!)

Apparently they are going to build a McDonald's there with no indoor seating so basically McDonald's is going to be used as collections mainly, I wonder where all of that rubbish is going to go now it's not in the McDonald's indoor bins 🤔 I'd be hopeful that everyone puts the rubbish in the public bins but I'm not lol.. then they are going to close the one in the Asda mall with no plans to replace it at the moment. So less options and McDonald's being the only fast food option I other than Greggs. Yess we need more MC Donald's with no eat in options.

Ok I know Swindon isn’t the best place for gravity Mtb, but i ride bike parks and other trails/tracks, looking for local like minded people to ride with, i ride Most weekends, travelling to places such as windhill, bpw, Tidworth etc, I also don’t mind a bit of xc but tbh I haven’t done much in the last few years.
I used to be a part of a good group of riders, sadly our group died off during covid and never recovered as we are all scattered all over the uk, and
Many of them had kids and now don’t really ride too
Much.
