I'm currently trying to make a loadout based off pirate Clark from the backrooms movie but it isn't looking too great. Any suggestions are appreciated!

This is the closest i have been to making Gol D. Roger in game or at least his face does anyone have any other sets that would work better and what unusual effect would be fitting for the hat for Gol D. Roger

Recently got some new spelled scout items and wanted yall's opinions!

I personally want a loadout with the Burning Flames Dapper Noel. Its my first burning flames unusual AND I don't have a higher budget for 1 unusual per class. Please no hate, I want to make this unusual work so please help. I attached my current loadout so maybe you guys can also send suggestions on minor tweaks.
