I noticed that in THPS3+4 the game has quite noticeable lag when trying to jump while grinding. During normal ride skater jumps instantly after pressing ollie button but when in grind i feel quite a delay. Anyone else noticed?

Only advantage ReTHAWED gives is more customisation and more maps but the overall Gameplay is much better in Thug Pro.

HI there! There are a lot of characters to unlock in ReTHAWed via Classic Mode, and I was wondering how it worked.

For instance, I played through THPS3 Classic on Normal and unlocked characters when I finished 3 competition medals.

However, things like THUG2 Classic do not have competitions or medals. Do the characters unlock once you finished every single objective? Or do they unlock if you unlock all of the levels?

Hell, I'd take a save or a cheat; that's a lot of time to invest and I don't have a lot of free time these days.

For those of you who don't know, "Straight Edge" is a subculture originating from hardcore punk where adherents do not drink, smoke, take drugs, or sleep around.

From what I've seen in the community throughout my time here (you know...), there seems to be a heavy stoner population and a lot of low-brow drug humour in the Discords. Granted it isn't harmful by itself but as a Straight Edge, its not something I condone personally.

I just want to put the question out there and hopefully spark a discussion to see whether there is any Straight Edge representation in the THPS community.

Note! This is not Tony Hawk's but if you love the TH series, this one is worth talking about. Both series are very similar and falls under the same category.

Dave Mirra originally released on the PS1 and a sequel on ps2. How many of you grew up playing these games? I feel like it's a forgotten gem. I'm sure this is gonna light up the nostalgia candles.

So I'm a huge THPS fan, these are all the ones I've played THPS1, THPS2, THPS3, THPS4, THPS5, THPS-HD, THPS1+2, THPS3+4, THUG, THUG2, THAW, THP8 and THPG.

I absolutely love the series even when some of the games are not that good in general I still always find some kind of fun inside them because I always just enjoyed the core mechanic structure of just skating around doing goals. I'm not some guy who will annoyingly only see the good in things either I can be a hater too lol but I genuinely find it hard to focus on the negative side with this series as for me it's just arcadey fun that shouldn't be taken too serious. With that being said it was sad to see VV get dismantled and ripped away from what I thought was the true rebirth of the series, it was sad again to see IG get nothing but hate and insulted for their work and also torn apart as well, so now it kind of feels like the true ending of the series with no more lives left. Does anyone else have any hope or hints to a future where we could see another game? I'm not really sure what's left of IG now or if there is any other potential studio who could take on another project so maybe somebody else knows more. I just don't want to feel like I will never get another new entry to the series tbh.

Like, if i Ollie from the ground, or Ollie from a rail, or Ollie from any ramp that isn't a half or quarter pipe and then do a manual immediately upon landing, my combo keeps going

But if I do a manual after landing a vert from a half pipe or quarter pipe, my combo dies
