A View into the West

I love the peaceful view to the west from downtown. The topography is so flat you can see so far.

Regardless of all logic, every time I see the building I think it’s going to tip over at some point.

For the Plaza to survive , does it need become more of a communal place with activities and events, rather than rely on luxury shops and fine dining?

The events The Plaza hosts always seem well attended and successful. Could store fronts become places with more fun activities, such as the Escape Room that opened a few years ago?

I don’t think these luxury shops can do enough business in the world of online retail. We just don’t have enough super wealthy people here that both don’t want to shop online and feel the desire to regularly shop at expensive places.

When the state border is a body of water, how is it determined which state jurisdiction the water is in? What would happen if there was some legal issue committed on water?

Is it just halfway between the shorelines? Does one state own the river?

Is there any development planned for this patch of grass near the Marriott? Surprised it’s not a hotel, office space or residence.

More photos from Brush Creek. The trail and whole area has so much potential. Cleaning the water would make it a hot spot for fairs and events. A lot of the infrastructure is there already.

What are your opinions on the Brush Creek Trail? Could there be any cool secrets at the bottom? More activity on the water?

For those who played in the 2008-2012 era, are there any nearly forgotten pieces of content you can just barely remember?
