Visited Showroom but they don't have any adventure variant to check on seats for comfort. Can any give insights on this

So last week i test drove the TATA Sierra EV Empowered A QWD 75KwH variant and noticed that the car did not creep/move forward even after i took my foot off the brake pedal, this made me very uncomfortable as I’m used to manual diesel cars which automatically move when u take your foot off the clutch and sometimes drive automatics too which do have the creep function due to it having an engine, also other EV cars i have driven such as Mahindra BE6, Creta EV and MG ZS EV all had the engine creep simulation.

Also, i noticed the accelerator and brake pedals weren’t as smooth as other EV cars mentioned above.

So, i am just wondering wether or not the Sierra EV even has a creep simulation like the other EVs cuz if it doesnt, then im thinking of getting the Mahindra BE6.

I booked a Sierra EV on July 26 and was requesting them continuously to send me email confirmation, at last after a week finally received an email confirmation from the showroom after repeated follow-ups. In the email, they specified an expected delivery timeline of 8–12 weeks, whereas the sales executive verbally assured me it would take 4–8 weeks. To make matters worse, the email explicitly stated that 'verbal commitments will not be entertained.' Do they assume customers are completely gullible?

Furthermore, I have been emailing them continuously for the past two weeks seeking written confirmation regarding a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), specifically that I will release full payment and allow invoicing only after a successful PDI. I have yet to receive a clear response on both the PDI commitment and the delivery timeline. What should my next steps be?

1. The range at 100% started at 390KM in City mode (AC on), I asked the dealership they were like it will adjust according to the energy consumption, when I reset it, it dropped from 350 to 200 KWH/km but range was still same. I don't know what to do.
2. The transmission lever is very poor, sometimes it just doesn't work, I need to restart the car, and the front button + the lever adjustment I think is a very poor design, it should have been 1 pattern only.
3. Out of nowhere suddenly the parking indicators blink for 2 seconds and then off.
4. The 3rd screen do distract.
5. 8 controls in the key sometimes just doesnt work.

Any suggestions, advice?
