I'm considering the Tata Sierra EV Pure variant. I really like its design and looks, and it's one of my top choices right now.

My budget is strictly ₹20 lakh, so I want to make sure I'm making the right decision before spending that much.

I'd love to hear from Tata EV owners about a few things:

1. Real-world range: What range can I expect in city traffic with AC on and on highways at 80–100 km/h?

2. Common issues: Are there any problems with software, infotainment, battery, charging, or build quality?

3. Long-term reliability: How well do Tata EVs hold up over time? Any battery degradation or unexpected repair costs?

4. After-sales service: How is Tata's service when it comes to EV-specific issues?

5. Pure variant: Are there any major compromises in the base variant that might make me regret buying it?

My daily driving is around 60 km, mostly in city traffic, with occasional trips of around 300 km.

Since my budget is capped at ₹20 lakh, I can't really stretch it for a higher variant. I'd also appreciate suggestions for other EVs in this price range if you think there's a better option.

I know the Sierra EV's ownership feedback may be limited, so experiences with other Tata EVs are welcome too.

I love the Sierra's design, but is the Pure variant a sensible buy within ₹20 lakh, or am I overlooking any major drawbacks?

My family is planning to buy our first car in Pune and we're currently looking at the Tata Sierra EV 75. We are mainly confused between Adventure 75 and Empowered 75, so wanted to get some honest opinions from actual owners before booking.

A few things I'm trying to understand:

Adventure 75 vs Empowered 75 – is the extra money for Empowered actually worth it? Which features do you genuinely use and which are mostly just nice to have?

Also, is Empowered A worth considering for things like ADAS, 540° camera, HUD, Auto Park, etc.? We haven't driven much, so are these features actually useful or can we manage well with the normal 360° camera?

What is the proper process for buying a new Tata car? This is our first purchase, so things like booking, negotiation, insurance, PDI, payment, registration and delivery are a bit confusing for us. Any things we should be careful about?

For people who bought a Tata recently, how much were you able to negotiate and what kind of offers/benefits did you get? Is month-end/quarter-end actually better?

Any good Tata dealerships in Pune/PCMC that you would recommend, or any that we should avoid?

What should we specifically check during PDI of the Sierra EV?

And most importantly, for current Sierra EV owners, how has the car been after actually living with it? Real-world range, software issues, service experience, quality, etc. Would you buy it again?

We're not in a hurry to book, so trying to understand everything properly before making the decision.

Would really appreciate any advice, especially from Sierra EV owners in Pune.
