Midnights/other signed variations... What are they, what do they mean?

What is a Long signature vs short?

Heart vs no heart is self explanatory, but I've seen versions were there might be a heart or it might just be her drawing out the last "R" kinda long. Is there a consensus on these?

Detached vs attached heart, also obvious.

What are the other things people look for and pay attention to?

I'm considering selling my mahogany signed CD and maybe even my folklore signed CD to help a friend leave a bad situation, and was searching all over to find a good resource for this to see how I should price it but I'm kinda lost digging through posts to find the info 😭

I could have sworn there was a thread for this but can't seem to find it anywhere since reddit search is weak and Google is kinda useless these days.

Is this real or fake? (1989 era)

So I know there aren’t many signed 1989 era CDs out there for comparison… so do we think this is real or fake? (Also I don’t have a great eye for signatures since my vision isn’t amazing 😬)

Also, I know for the US CDs we’re only the T.S versions. But did she ever sign the DLX version?

Old autograph, hoping it's real...

I won an eBay auction that included this and old merch like tour programs, an old ticket stub and more which makes me think it's more likely to be real (maybe a fan dumping their collection).

If real it would be the crown jewel of my collection. I've considered sending it to PSA/JSA to authenticate and protect it in hard plastic, but part of me wants to live in blissful ignorance if it's fake 😭
