Needing assistance with order clearance!

My parcel shipped from Buyee to the US has been showing this for almost a week. I called FedEx customer support today and they told me they were waiting for information regarding composition from Buyee. I’m afraid the parcel is going to be sent back to Buyee. I’ve never faced this problem before as my other orders have been delivered just fine before. Please help!!!!

WARNING POST ABOUT USER DOBLEG ROD ON FB

After creating my DISO post on the FB groups I was messaged by a user that goes by the name Dobleg Rod. He let me know he is hesitant to sell his 1989 8x10 but needed the funds. He was going out of the country and told me he wouldn’t be able to ship until next week. I was patient and when he returned we agreed on a price. He sent ample photos and video of the 8x10 with full intension on me purchasing. Delay after delay excuse after excuse we arrived to today where another user Justin posted his same 8x10 for about 500$ more than the price we agreed upon. Rod then saw this post and realized he was going to cancel our agreement and sent me this extremely long novel about how he’s sorry to do it and realizes now he can get more for the item despite our agreement.

It’s a scumbag move to back out of a deal especially after I was EXTREMELY patient and VERY respectful of his time and his wishes just for him to back out and cancel on me last minute. If you do business with him be aware that he may try and bait and switch on you too. You’ve been warned.

Tl;dr 2 weeks wasted communicating/ waiting and user backs out of the deal at the last second bc they’re greedy and disrespectful.

InPost collection gone bad?

After 3 days of no movement with my Vinted order shipped thru InPost the parcel was confirmed to be picked up but there was a technical issue with the label and so it was never scanned. I’m guessing it’s rotting in a warehouse now with no identifiable information on it whatsoever. If there was an issue with the label why did the locker open in the first place? I am frustrated and disappointed in not only the seller but InPost as well. This was a 650£ order for crying out loud.

Does this sound weird to anyone else?

Does this sound weird to anyone else?

I purchased an item on 06/06 and the seller was able to drop it off with InPost the same day around 11pm. It’s been 2 full days now and I have no updates on Vinted and it shows the seller is still preparing the order. The seller was kind enough to send photo proof that it was inside the InPost locker and figured it would update as soon as the first scan happened. Well, the seller let me know they took some of their other orders to the same InPost locker and those are already in transit/ have moved. What happened with mine?! The seller doesn’t seem too keen on trying to get this resolved either and there’s only so much I can do. Is InPost genuinely delayed or am I being scammed?

Seller not posting item nor communicating

Purchased a fairly expensive item on 5/16. Received communication from the seller on 5/19 they would be packing my order up and shipping either that same day or the next day. It is now 5/23 and any or all of my messages have been ignored and one even said “read”. I can see that the seller is active pretty much daily.

I guess my question is if the seller is active why aren’t they checking their orders? Responding to messages? My order was 500£ for crying out loud. This is a type of emotional torture I wouldn’t wish on anyone. This weekend being a bank holiday pretty much solidifies the seller will not post my item and there’s really nothing I can do about it except sit and wait for the auto cancel on 5/25.

I even offered an extension and it was ignored. I am just really sad about the whole thing.

Venting frustration about seller that won’t post

Before I get into this I just want to start by saying I am fully aware sellers on Vinted aren’t Amazon prime. They have busy lives I fully get it.

5/16 A seller posted an item for sale that I have been desperately looking for several hundred pounds. 2 full days go by with no messages no communication nothing. I can see they’re active pretty much every other hour and continuing to post new items. Day 4 I actually get a message from the seller stating their partner has been ill and they would have it posted the following day. Totally understandable. 2 days after the seller said they would post it still has not gone past order received. I sent a follow up message kindly asking when they had intentions on sending as the expiration to ship is approaching on 05/25 and I’d REALLY like this item. The message was “seen” and I am losing my hair over this.

It’s okay your partner is sick. It’s okay that you’re taking time to help them but just an ounce of consideration and fulfilling your obligation for something you chose to list on the site would be splendid.

If this was simply something I spent 20£ on it wouldn’t be a huge deal but this was SEVERAL hundred and it’s been sitting on my credit card ever since.

Thanks for coming to my Ted talk. Hate comments can now commence.
