Hello all, new to this forum and not a frequent flier on Reddit either. I just got these Tecovas Monterrey penny loafers in goat. These are photos new and right out of the box. They look terrible in my opinion. They look nothing like the photos online. Are these supposed to look like this? The heel looks horrible, the tops and tongue look worn slap out. I’m just confused.
Hi! Total long shot here but I ordered an 8.5 and Tecovas sent me a 5.5… Is the unicorn that got the 8.5 instead of their 5.5 out there to swap me? 😭 So sad at this error since they’re sold out.
I’m so sad I didn’t get a pair of the Annie midnight roses. Does anyone have any information if they will become available again? I know they are limited edition but they sold out soo quickly.
These are my first pair of Tecovas, The Cartwright, (and boots in general) so I wanted to check if this kind of condition is normal or if I should contact customer service. Based on some reading, it seems that the stitching is a common enough issue and I don’t mind burning off frayed stitches. But it looks like these came scuffed from the factory. I know the Scotch Goat is supposed to show wear more quickly but I didn’t think they’d look almost pre worn when delivered.
Also I read there should be a “thump” when your foot settles into the boot. I barely have any resistance when I slide my foot in and definitely no “thump”. Should I consider a half size down?

I recently bought a pair of 7.5 Tecovas Annie Monarch in Navy Goat. I sized down from my regular 8-8.5 and they’re (sadly) too cramped. Should I be hopeful for a restock of this boot? Or historically do they not bring back many prior styles? I really would prefer a new pair as opposed to used.
Got these on OfferUp for $120. I hear Tecovas will offer a boot shine free, is this true? Just want them to get a shine/reconditioning.

I love Tecovas, and I couldn’t care less what anyone thinks about them. They’re comfortable right out of the box, and they fit my style perfectly.
I picked up these Roughout Warrens from a Tecovas group on Facebook, and I seriously couldn’t love them more. I also managed to grab the Invasive Pythons in the Dean on the second drop after missing out on the first. Can’t wait to wear those next!
my wine abbys came in yesterday and i noticed that they lean back when i would stand up straight… i’ve never owned tecovas and it’s my first time trying on a pair of abbys. is this normal? does it eventually break in? or are my legs just weird?…
