In the 1st photo, I'm in a semi-flexed state, while I'm doing a most muscular in the 2nd one.

Had a rough break up a couple years back (2024) really messed me up and have been working on myself ever since I’m a fighter now (jiu jitsu) but looking to put a bit of size on as you can see from my befor and after I lost a lot of fat but am not as big as I’d like to be

In need of nutrition advice

Hey! I'm 15, and currently trying to drop weight. I'm 6ft, 270lsb, and do 2 and 1/2 hours of exercise per day (one hour cardio, and an hour and a half lifting). My goal weight is 200, and I'm doing my best to eat consistently. Any advice on my diet is appreciated!
