Someone explain void of hell and abyss and how they give the ability to apply nep type 2 I’ve seen mixed conflicting answers

The following multiversal structure is how i interpreted the explanation of how the verse works how each structure exists relative to others and so forth

• • ALL ENCOMPASSING ONENESS:

• • This entity is the frist to exist in the verse it is above everything and beyond scaling but this also means it needs an avatar to interact with everything in creation(this is not a self imposed limit but a limit on creation itself since creation cannot contains something the fundamentally beyond its existence) this includes the promised land this entity is an NFL by definition this entity is also Flawless and unchanging and beyond all, it first avatar was the first oneness that created the verse short of the promised land(which was created byvitself directly along with all other narratives known and unknown alike), all narratives of this verse were created by this entity, it has true omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence this being cannot be reached harmed or surpassed in any form or manner but it also cannot interact with creation directly without destroying it, the avatar limitation only exists due te the verse and all narratives such as the promised land's design and it can be bypassed if the entity wished to do so it's limits are self imposed not absolute and can be ignored whenever desired.

• • Oneness : Supreme Spirit are eligible to become the oneness in the multiverse meaning they can become omnipotent and omniscient within the multiverse and the multiverses that are connected to this multiverse and can freely create and destroy anything and everything in the multiverse this potentially includes the eight great spirit which are personifications of platonic concepts and makeup and define all of the multiverse and everything inside of it, but this has yet to be proven but is stated to be possible and beings of this level have immortal souls so death has no meaning or effect on them this includes everything else in the multiverse this bieng in by definition invincible since it will know and see through any and all methods of harming it and hard countering or negating them completely and are above effect and change aswell as cause and effect along with reality itself but are still bount by the narrative itself. ALL oneness biengs are registered by worlds as supreme spirits(but they are qualitatively transcendent to supreme spirits in higherarchy if they are on the low end and on the high end of oneness entities they exist in such a stat that supreme spirits are rendered completely irrelevant and meaningless) since everything in the verse cannot measure something that isn't bound by it's rules and definitions or what define it in any form or manner short of their physical form . Oneness beings can transcend narrative structures but only do so when stated. This oneness type existence can only be achieved by supreme spirits only and they have to removing all of their contradictions without exception this is the absolute requirement that cannot be bypassed in any form or manner if they wish to evolve into a Oneness entity(are qualitatively transcendent to supreme spirits and partial narrative transcendent to supreme spirits).

• • The eight great spirit that are personifications of platonic concepts are used for the makeup of this plane these are personifications of 8 platonic concepts that being: existence, non-existence, space ,time ,fire ,water, earth and wind. The multiverse is described to exist on top of this foundation like an inferior, imperfect projection of this foundation this includes the void itself aswell. This foundation seems to make up the narrative of the multiverse itself aswell and transcends everything in the multiverse ontologically and are independent of everything else in the multiverse without exception. Platonic concepts transcend information Particles and information Particles transcend concepts.

• • The Void: the multiverse contains the concept of true nothingness which is where all worlds reside inside or adjacent to this place(this is the best way to explain how this multiverse would look from a narrative view point and it is devoid of and transcends everything that worlds are made of completely to the point that the laws of these worlds have no meaning, authority and control over anything in the void and is only permitted to be there due to the constant generation of information Particles, magicuels and spirittrons that offset the Nullifying and erasure attributes that the void itself generates)and is devoid of all concepts(below platonic concepts) and their information and has no past ,present or future and is overflowing with nihility energy which is used to create/destroy the information of concepts, concepts, their laws and worlds this nihility energy does not actively destroy the worlds however worlds are independent of the void and the otherway around aswell. The void also transcends the worlds that reside inside or adjacent to it and everything they contain and govern and are made up of ontologically since it is impossible to describe how these worlds exist relative to the void it is also impossible to view their interactions with each other. The void is ontologically independent to ALL SYSTEMS BELOW PLATONIC CONCEPTS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. This void is a true void in it's purest and most textbook definitions and is a passive null zones that unmakes, undefines and erases all concepts, information and laws along with authority bound by systems without exception. The void is both the background and foundations of the rest ot the conceptual/information multiverse itself.

• • Worlds: these multiversal structures contain a finite to infinite amount of universes as a starting amount and all worlds have their own concepts that abide by the laws specified to that world, all laws transcend the concepts they govern qualitatively, all worlds transcend the concepts(non-platonics) they govern via their respective laws qualitatively in their entirety without exception this includes time, space, existence and non-existence this only applies to concepts and skills are limited by these rules unless they can directly or indirectly alter the laws that directly enforce and govern each concept and all laws are made up of information Particles(information Particles transcend concepts qualitatively), each world has its own space-time continuum , time axis and spacetime flow and don't overlap under normal circumstances and the laws that these worlds may have can be paradoxical and contradictory in nature. There cannot be multiple of the same worlds nor can they branch into different timelines if this occurs previous timelines will be erased conceptually and informationally and identical worlds as well. There are a infinite amount of these worlds in the multiverse likely an uncountable infinite amount of them that exist but only 3000 have been mentioned to exist. The space that contains these universes works in the same way that the space that contains all dimensions in a universe does but on a higher scale relative to the world structure itself and transcends the universes it contains with one key difference it is in an active defoned non-existence state which makes permanent residence in this dimension impossible unless the person has an infinite energy source and are a living concepts or a personification of one and all universes exist at the same time in this plane they exist in, all event and moments inside these universes happen simultaneously or linearly depending on the laws and design of the worlds space, time and space-time laws(meaning each worlds laws and definitions of their concepts of space, time and space-time could work the same way or completely differently to the way Marvel’s, DC’S or even the nasuverse's version of those same laws meaning any and all possible variations of all laws and concepts definitions can be different and are available when building these worlds regardless of contradictions) and the space transcends all of these universes to an ontological level and the world completely transcends the space itself and everything inside of it qualetively without exception. Each world has it's own nether realm where demons reside and heaven where angels reside and could have more primordial sets for virtues and sin respectively. Either dimension can be finite or infinite in size. The spirit realm is were spirits reside and is infinite in size and all worlds have one . Each world can include but aren't limited to all concepts with one rule or more rules being different since no two worlds can be exactly the same and/or exclude one or more concepts this includes but not limited to laws and concepts of gravity, inertia, space, time, or even traditional reality as we understand it in it's entirety and all cycles inside these worlds are bound to these rules. concepts, their laws( laws are normally above Ultimate skills and absolute to lower tier skills i.e. unique skills, extra skills etc.( this excludes certain intrinsic skills but not all of them.)) and information Particles exist throughout the entirety of their respective worlds and aren't location bound at all and the laws transcend dimensional frameworks due to existing beyond spatial, Temporal and conceptual(conceptual location and information location independence applies to laws and information Particles only ) locations that is not the void. All laws and concepts exist beyond conceptual and non-conceptual spatial and Temporal locations entirely and exists in an omnipresent like state inside worlds. ALL structures and beings that reside inside and are dependent on those worlds are bound by it's information based system which is ontologically/qualitatively higher(this depends on whether it is a chaos world(qualitatively for chaos worlds due to their higher structures) or a spiritual/material world(ontological for material and spiritual worlds, due to their more fragile structures)) than the conceptual system itself. All worlds transcend the following: dimensionality, reality, existence, non-existence, time, space, the laws they enforce, the concepts inside them, causality(each world is a self contained narrative), universes and everything else inside the worlds that are frameworks in any shape or form and transcend the system that governs everything inside of it qualitatively and are independent of everything except the platonic concepts. All concepts and higher order building blocks, structures that are above the universes transcend everything the universes transcend, contain and the universes themselves aswell qualitatively including but not limited to laws, information Particles, concepts, worlds, void. All worlds are self contained narratives without exception(each world can be treated as a series inside the same verse and each universe can be treated as a chapter/volumer).

• There are three different kinds of worlds and they are:

• Chaos worlds: these and semi-material and semi-spiritual worlds which means both spiritual and material beings co-exist in these worlds. All chaos worlds and the universes inside of them transcend dimensionality and it's framework absolutely this is a base requirement to create a Chaos-World entirely.

• Material worlds: Each material world can only contain material biengs these worlds universes are at minimum 100d and can transcend dimensionality and it's framework but must be designed to contain and transcend such structures

• Spiritual worlds: the work similarly to material worlds but key differences 1 bieng they contain spiritual lifeforms instead these lifeforms are living concepts and interact with concepts more proactively and these worlds universes are also at a minimum of 100d and can transcend dimensionality and it's framework but must be designed that way and for two these worlds don't have the concepts relating to matter, material or physical form inside them or their structure.

• • Each world has a system referred to as The Voice of The World that is a substitute for omnipotence and omniscience and it enforces, governs and balances everything inside their respective worlds their authority can only be challenged or overridden by supreme spirits or higher order existences such as true dragons with primitive magic or an ev of over 1 billion and with multiple Ultimate skills. This system is created as a replacement for the oneness that had relinquished it's omnipotence and omniscience( i.e. it's perfection). This system is a near absolute inside the world structure but can stil be overpowered by supreme spirits and higher existences. This system is qualitively above concepts and enforces what they and the skills below a certain level ultimate skills are bound by and enforces via absolute authority over information Particles, laws and the concepts themselves.

• • universes/cycles are contained inside these worlds and are made up of concepts each universe has its own timeline and time axis , these universes branch out into finite or/to infinite timelines within the world construct itself, each being independent from the other universes.All universes are stacked on each other if they are linked to the same timeline branch from the original timeline .Each universe has an infinite amount of layers of reality inside them Each higher layer transcends not only the layer below, but also the relationship of superiority itself, recursively across all definable hierarchies while dimensions, the sub-dimension, heaven, nether realm and spirit realm, transcend these layered realities qualitively in their entirety since true dragons, primordial angel and demons exist on all layers simultaneously since birth. Each universe contains a sub dimension were all dimensions inside that universe resides(including the previous mentioned dimensions) whether the amount be finite , infinite or boundless makes no difference meaning quantity and quality are rendered irrelevant, this sub dimension has no passage of time and no form of coordinates non-conceptual, conceptual or information based coordinates or a beginning or end or even a middle these dimensions also don't have a sense of forward, backward, up, down, left or right,this space doesn't have coordinates in the dimensional sense since beings that operate on a dimensional level can't get out of such a space with ultimate skills, unless there is a dimension inside that subspace that is within their dimensional reach(i.e the dimension is equal or lower than their dimensionality that resides near them) or outside intervention, not even entropy exists inside this subspace. Each universe is 100d bare minimum for material universes and spiritual universes. Chaos universes transcend dimensionality frameworks and material and spiritual worlds can transcend dimensionality but normaly don't. Each universe contains a finite to infinite amount of sub-dimensions that work the same way the one that contains all dimensions do and are layered ontop of each other.

• • Planets : they scale equal to the universes they reside inside of but aren't codependent on universe and vise versa,meaning if the universe transcends dimensionality then the planet does as well but it isn't limited to just dimensionality if universes transcend the concepts of existence and non-existence including their duality structure itself then planets do as well and so on .

• • Supreme Spirit :

• • This race puts all whom reach it above most information altering Ultimate skills and All Ultimate skills that alter only concepts and making them immune to both of information and conceptual attacks assuming those attacks aren't rendered irrelevant outright or affect them in any meaningful manner, immunities are treated as absolutes against lower biengs assuming that lower being's existence is of such a state where their attacks are even applicable and resistances against oneness, great spirits, True Oneness entity and they don't transcend the worlds and everything inside them qualitatively minimum and ontologically maximum but they exist in a state where such structures have no relevance nor applicability to supreme spirits this applies to all lower structures and beings and only beings with comparable level stats and capabilities can affect them.This race is still likely below platonic concepts. They can destroy and create everything in the multiverse excluding platonic concepts. The Supreme Spirits can surpass the speed limits of information Particles(they aren't bound by information Particles in any shape or form) and can sever the primordial bonds of creation and destruction which predates even the foundations of the multiverse itself. They are independent of all systems below platonic concepts and are independent of the void as well. Supreme Spirits can match and rival oneness entities but do not surpass them qualitatively or quantitatively in any form or manner. They cannot be affected by the worlds authority in any shape or form but can still be overwritten by oneness entities.

• • Can be evolved into by meeting the following criteria:

• 1.acquiring all 7 virtue series Ultimate skills and 7 angelic Ultimate skills, these ultimate skills can be stored inside onther Ultimate skills as information and can be accessed for this evolution.

• 2.must be one of the following three existence tiers to be eligible :

• 1.True dragons or subspecies ie have the true dragon factorcore.

• 2.True Demon lord .

• 3.True hero .

• 3.The evolutionary time vairy between tier and sub races used to evolve into that tier or is born into it, minimum is Millions of eons.

• • Must evolve inside the void, nihility energy absorption is required due to the density of the energy and it's creation and destruction capabilities and to evolve and acquire attributes that make them immune to conceptual attacks of all types and resistant to information attacks and all effects nihility energy has on lower beings making them highly resistant to the energy.

• • There are two types of supreme spirits they are :

• • Supreme Divine spirit: a being that evolve from a naturally born true dragon or a oneness type being that relinquished it's omnipotence.

• • Supreme Chaos Spirit: a being that evolved into it from a lower race such as a demon, dragon, spirit and more

• • There are 4 types of personification existences all being conceptual in nature in every aspect of the concepts in question. They are the following:

• • primordial demon for sins. there are only 7 and come as a set with their respective virtues. They are linked to the great spirit of darkness and will always return unless the great spirit of darkness is destroyed. Are room level at birth .They have limited potential.these limits can be broken when certian conditions are met. Must be born as one, can become stronger.

• • primordial angels for virtues. there are only 7 and come as a set with their respective sin.They are linked to the great spirit of light and will always return unless the great spirits of light is destroyed. Are universal at birth. They don't have free will. Must be born as one.Can become stronger.

• • Great spirits personify platonic concepts that governs the multiverse and transcend everything below them completely and cannot be directly interacted with in any form or manner unless they have platonic conceptual authority or narrative transcendence and the great spirits are immensely superior to supreme spirits to the point where comparison is impossible in terms of stats alone these beings transcend the axiom of dimensionality entirely and are omnipresent in the multiverse as it's foundation since these beings don't have a physical, spiritual, astral or other form due to transcending the axiom of dimensionality and The distinction between awareness and non-awareness does not apply to the Great Spirits. Great Spirits are not composed of, dependent on, or describable through information, and exist beyond the distinction between information and non-information.

• • Divine spirit: True Dragons personify concepts link to the essence in the soul which is the source of the concept itself and cannot me destroyed by existence erasure of a conceptual level(unless the concept is destroyed across the multiverse including it's the platonic concepts that define what the concept is). True dragons are at birth infinite in dimensionality and can destroy planets of chaos worlds with mid to high tier attacks some can do it with even low tier attacks depending on the true dragon in terms power regardless of skills and the concepts they personify respectively and they can destroy ordinary worlds with their aura/presence( representation of a being's strength) alone(any character with a comparable amount of ev can do the same thing to ordinary worlds and to planets inside chaos worlds). They don't have a limit on potential excluding the limits of their soul itself. One can evolve into a true dragon or a subspecies of them by creating one's own true dragon factorcore . Immortal souls that used to be omnipotent will become either a true dragon or supreme Spirit with a true dragon base this depends on how much of their power they have relinquished. True dragons have an average ev of 70000000 but can be higher or lower minimum is 60000000 ev

• • spirits: based on the lineages they are born from can be one or multiple refer to Great spirits for lineages

• • Demons : based on lineage they are most reflective of , refer to primordial demons for lineages. Same flaw as their progenitors.

• • races can evolve into living concepts/become a higher conceptual existence through 2 methods :

• • True hero awakening: requires true hero egg and is exclusive to humans,elves,dwarves, demi-human and to awaken the person must have a strong urge to protect others.

• • True Demon lord awakening : requires demon lord seed can be ued by all races and require 10000 human souls to trigger awakening and the multiplier ratio is 10000 souls for every 5 fold.

• • Dual requirements :

• • a Person must have a unique skill to be eligible

• • must have and existence value of 100000(this would put the at anywhere between 5d-50d depending on their skills and destructive capabilities and energy efficiency and control) or higher .

• • The promised land : exists outside the story and sees it as fiction.

• • souls: souls exists as the container of the will,heartcore, nucleic ego,the essence resides in the center of the soul, skills of a being and the primordial demon/angel core and/or true dragon factorcore, the true demon lord/true hero factor resides in the soul. Not all souls are equally strong and are made up of spirittrons. Note : Some wills and egos are strong enough to exist without a soul and stil interact with existence directly.

• • The will is the defining factor of all living beings and all living beings possess a will whether they have a soul or not . This contains the basic parts of a beings personality.

• • The nucleic ego is what defines the differences between beings that have self awareness and those that do not. this also contains a being's momories and a part of their personality. Not all nucleic egos are equally strong and all of them consist of information to some degree.There are 3 different types of egos :

• • Natural ego which is form from birth of a lifeforms that can be self conscious. Is partially made up of information.

• • Pseudo-manas : nartural ego that has evolved partially into a manas .Has some of the attributes of a manas such as low cosmic awareness and and semi pure information.

• • manas :an unorthodox type existence that has evolved from an Ultimate skill and become a separate entity from a skill and its user these beings exists as pure information and cannot interact with the world directly and require to live in a symbiotic relationship with another ego in a soul these beings are nearly indestructible and have atleast high cosmic awareness their personality is based of the skill they've evolved from this includes capabilities and cosmic awareness level .these manas can create new Ultimate skills and unique skills that break the rules that enforce the limits of Ultimate skills and unique skills respectively by using information Particles to alter the laws in their world temporarily to create such skills . These beings increases one combat ability and control over ones skills and magic and grants perfect energy efficiency which means the beings bring their host to a whole new level of power and hax quality not just quantity.

• • The heartcore is the source of a beings emotions and the biggest part of their personality , this also includes their desires. Not all heartcores are equally strong.

• • Each souls has an essence unique to them and plays a part in their personality and it's behavior since each soul reflects their essence's concepts in some form or manner

• • all skills of the unique level and higher resides in the souls either engraved on the surface of their heartcore or inside their nucleic ego if they are a manas type existence or directly in their soul as a manifestation of their desires

• • The primordial demons/angel core and true dragon factorcore that dictates whether they are a personification of a concepts resides in the soul and cannot be destroyed by natural means .

• Note: not all souls are strong enough to contain a true dragons factorcore or primordial demon/angel core .soul must beable to handle two or more Ultimate skills to be able to handle one of either.

• • Unlike the primordial demons/angel core and true dragon factorcore the true demon lord/hero factor can be destroyed and resides in the soul.

• • there are three different building blocks in the multiverse, one of which is also a commonly used energy source as well and two unique energies:

• • Information Particles which makes up all concepts, their rules and have command and contol over all concepts and their rules, the entire multiverse is filled with it and they're independent from time but certain concepts such and fate, probability and causality among others can alter and interact with these information particles. These particles makeup all concepts and their influence on everything else.

• • Magicuels which are the building blocks for al mystical lifeforms this is also used as the powersource for skills and magic and the following is how high a user scales in VSBW terms relative to their energy capacity inside chaos worlds class structures and/or multiverses( this scale is only accurate for magicuels and spirittrons, if stardust is introduced their scaling increases exponentially e.g. if energy capacity is 80000000 with stardust they are solarsystem level minimum instead of planetary level , this applies the same way for nihility energy as well):

• • 500001-750000:multi city - low island level inside chaos worlds(depends on destructive capabilities of skills)

• • 750001-1000000:low island to country level inside chaos worlds(depends on destructive capabilities of skills)

• • 1000001-4000000:country - multi country level inside chaos worlds(depends on destructive capabilities of skills)

• • Nihility energy:this energy resides mainly in the void and in an impure, less dense state in the collapsed layers of the under world. This energy destroys anything it comes into contact with and is extremely difficult to control due to it's uncontrollable and absolute nature.The energy of nothingness can only be perfectly controlled by the personification of nothingness or by a perfect manas of a supreme Divine/Chaos spirit .Note :this energy is the counterpart of stardust a jin and yang balance. Can be used as a power source for skills and can overpower most Ultimate skills. This energy allows the user to create and destroy, undefine, unmake, erase and recreate anything below platonic concepts as long as the output of nihility energy is high enough. This energy negates authority by nature by simply erasing the authority outright, which is why it can only existinsidea world temporarily due to the worlds themselves maintain and equilibrium of zero minimum and this energy bring it down to negative values so energy, matter, information Particles are destroyed to of set this negative value bring bring it to a minimum of zero.

• • Stardust energy: This energy is the densist form of magicuels and cannot be created by anyone except the personification of completeness and this is due to is mysterious and unstoppable nature . This energy cannot be defended against or deflected . Note : this energy is the counterpart of nihility energy a jin yang balance. Can be used as a power source for skills and can overpower most Ultimate skills.

• • Skills ,magic ,elemental magic ,holymagic ,esentric magic

• • Skills there are 5 different types of skills they are the following:

• • Intrinsic skills : they are linked to the users race/bloodline/personality or all of the above .These skills can vairy in authority, efficiency and power and can be equal to skills or match unique skills , these skills are classified as a different category from the rest.These skills can become subskills of Ultimate skills.

• • skills : these are acquired by meeting certain conditions. these are the weakest tier skills. Skills can evolve into extra skills.

• • extra skills: are more powerful,efficient and have greater authority than skills these requires stricter conditions to be met extra skills can evolve into unique or Ultimate depending on how many are used as sacrifice to evolve one extra skill.

• • unique skills : these skills reflects the users desires and are more powerful, efficient and have greater authority than extra skills. unique skills can evolve into Ultimate skills. Suspended world can stop the conceptual flow of time(all structures and conceptsthat rely onthe flow of time stop functioning and/or ceases to exist so long as the conceptual flow of time remains stopped inside a world and this skill can only be applied to one world at a time per user) and is a unique skill that is only acquired when an Ultimate skill is created and it automatically becomes that Ultimate skills subskills. Destructive capabilities is only limited to destroying chaos world planets.

• • Ultimate skills : these skill are born from the users desires and multiple people cannot awaken the same Ultimate skill these skills are vastly more powerful than prior mentioned skills to the point that only Ultimate skills can challenge and overpower one another .These skills work on a conceptual level at minimum and ignore reason entirely and most can interact with information Particles and this is their limit. Ultimate skills can also erase concepts and create them based simply off of their sub skills. Ultimate skills are divided up into a series sets based mostly of off all religions in the real world such as the aztechs and alike. Note: these skill can evolve into manas.Skills are created based on a persons desires and can create skill that can surpass Ultimate skills without being in that level by breaking the rules this is exclusive to souls that have a divine origin such as being immortal without being a true dragon or similar existence such skills are likely only intrinsic skills but can be unique skills as well.

• • Origin skill: these skills are the first skills that existed and cannot be acquired by traditional means and some contain the secrets of the multiverse itself and it's framework below platonic conceptual level and their authority is comparable or greater than most Ultimate skills but are still not the most powerfull some Ultimate skills exceed them completely.

• • there are many types of magic and to many to list these alter the rules of nature to a degree but only temporarily.

• • elemental magic abides by the laws of science and world are fundamentally differently from other magics.

• • holy magic uses spirittrons instead of magicuels as a powers source this magic is based on faith whether this faith is to a higher being or in one self doesn't matter faith is needed in order to use holy magic . This magic is more effective against mystical beings.
