Dosing help

I’m looking to start running Tesa alongside Reta which I currently have been on for 10 weeks. My current dosing is 3mg every 5 days. Looking to run Tesa at 1mg daily, 5 days on 2 days off. I’ve seen a lot of research reports, etc., saying once reconstituted to use within 7 days. Well I’m looking at buying 20 or 30mg vile which of course would last either 4 or 6 weeks. Is this okay??

Tesamorelin Allergic Reaction

Took tesa for the first time today. Immediately my whole body went red, eyes turned bloodshot. Got lightheaded, now I’m getting a rash on my arms. On my way to the hospital. Could this be because I used BAC water instead of acetic acid water or am I just allergic?Sucks I’ve been looking forward to Tesa for a while now and I bought an entire kit. I pinned 1 mg.

Hello friends! I have a question about Tesa/Ipa. I've been taking this combo at 1mg/300mcg everyday with 1 day restdays for a month and notice that my tummy area is so big and full of water. Have you had this experience? And what did you do about the blood glucose spiking.

Recent blood work

Thoughts on my Igf levels?

Been running 2mg daily for about 6 weeks.

Should I reduce my dose? Is this high enough to cause problems?

Igf1 level 448 ng/ml

First blood test after 3 weeks at 2mg a day.

Igf1 level. 448ng/ml

Z score 2.7 sd

Previous levels

I should just stop with tesa for now? Any recommendations?

45F — Tesamorelin and hand numbness/carpal tunnel symptoms?

I’ve been running Tesamorelin since May 28 (~10.5 weeks), including a period using a Tesa/Ipamorelin blend. My baseline IGF-1 was 189 and increased to 373 after about 7 weeks.

Over the last several weeks I’ve developed increasingly noticeable numbness/tingling in both hands, especially my thumb, index and middle fingers. It started mostly overnight/on waking, but lately I’ve occasionally noticed it during the day too. A nighttime wrist brace definitely helps.

I reduced my dose, but the symptoms persisted, so I’ve decided to stop Tesa and give my GH/IGF-1 axis a break.

For anyone who experienced similar carpal-tunnel-type symptoms from Tesa/GH peptides: how long after stopping did the numbness take to improve or completely disappear?

Good time to start Tesamorelin after a year on Tirzepatide?

I’ve been on tirzepatide for about a year, along with a high-protein diet and consistent strength training. I’ve made good progress with fat loss, but I still feel like I have some stubborn visceral fat left.
Would this be a good time to start tesamorelin to help reduce the remaining visceral fat, or should I continue cutting naturally?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have actually used tesamorelin after losing weight with GLP-1 medications.

Has anyone here combined tirzepatide and tesamorelin? What was your experience?

Tesa/IPA Question

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to ask a question regarding Ipamorelin dosage! Im currently been taking 1.5mg of Tesa. I just bought 5ml of IPA, separate vials. I wanted to see if 1ml would be good for recon with Bac water and if so, how much would be good to start for dosage? Should I possibly bring my Tesa dosage down to 1mg since I’m adding IPA now? Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

FYI: I did do some research but mostly seeing the combo Tesa/IPA vials so it’s a bit confusing lol since mine are separate vials.
