My store denied my availability request

I currently work 5 days at my roadhouse and 1 day at a bar I’ve been at since November. The bar I work at finally offered me a Friday night shift. They stay open til 4am so the money is good. I got my shift covered at roadhouse and made over $500 last Friday night. They also asked me to work Sundays when football starts, then I’m going to go back to roadhouse on Sundays when football ends.
So I went on our scheduling app to change my availability and got denied “we need two week days and two weekends available always” is this allowed?

Issue with store owner at guest level

my family went out to texas roadhouse and had several issues w staff being rude, so we asked to talk to management and the manager was kind. she then had the store owner talk to us and not only was he horrible to our party, but the way he talked to the other manager, server and food runner was horrendous. i wanted to complain about him to higher up, but my online complains seem to just go to him. nobody should be talked to the way he talked to them. how can i complain to this guys boss??

First shift as a busser kinda bad

I had my first shift yesterday and deadass the first thing i hear when i walk through the kitchen area is “awh shes too small to be a busser, she’ll come after my job.” In context im 4’11 and 90lbs. Throughout the day my coworkers kept making jokes how im too short to reach one of the bins for cups and they told me im probably just going to be moved as a host and probably wont ever do trash duty. Is that true? I buss the tables just fine and the guy training me kinda left me to do whatever after 20 mins and didnt give me an earpiece or a spray bottle🥀

Andy’s outreach - HELP

I’m a newer roadie at a location here in Michigan Michigan. Unfortunately, I got into a situation that might make me homeless. I wanted to apply for Andy’s outreach and see if I qualify, but I can’t figure out exactly how to do that.

Can anyone help explain what I’m supposed to do to apply?

Dancing

Do you guys dance at your location? Our location hasn’t had the line dancing for over 5 years, they’re brining it back now.

Does your local TR have the Wild West Wednesday promo?

Is this a thing of the past? I had been and got the special 7 or 8 years ago at the store we were considering going to last night. I called ahead to ask if they have the Wild West Wednesday special and the young man who answered the phone sounded confused like he had never heard of the special or that I was pranking him. Responded "I don't think so..." I said "ok thanks anyway, just thought i would check before we come down" and he replied kind of spacey with, "Yeah" and hung up.

Is it normal for a newer employee to have never even heard of the special?

First time trying Texas Roadhouse. It was amazing.

I asked for medium rare and thought it was delicious but closer to medium. What do you guys think?

Question about free entree coupon

I just got an email from my local Texas Roadhouse and it said its my anniversary of joining their VIP loyalty mailing list, they gave me a coupon for a free entree. The fine print on the bottom of the email says this:

>*Limit one offer per visit. Valid with purchase of an adult entree of equal or greater value. Valid for entree up to $15 in value. Excludes alcohol, tax, and gratuity. Not valid with any other offer, discount, or on holidays. No cash value. No substitutions. Void if altered in any way. One time use only.

It says valid for entree up to $15 in value. Does this mean I can order a $20 entree and they'll just take $15 off, or does it mean I must order an entree that is $15 or less? I just looked through the menu of my local restaurant and I found 3 meals for $14.99. Everything else is > $15. Anyone know how this type of coupon works? I never received a free entree coupon before, just free apps or sidekicks.
