Don't get me wrong, it's actually really good, I love garnishing it, but the space we made for parm in my cooler is..... not good. Now I have half the space for lemons and applesauce. Sigh :(

I've been having fun cooking up my own TF build, ROA, Zhonyas, Cosmic Drive, RFC, etc
Why wouldn't I build Cosmic Drive? I don't see it anywhere. It's so sick lol
I'm just in it for the sugar. Do these things actually make you guys feel energetic? I finish my redbull in the mornings on my day off and I go back to bed. Not trying to sound cool or anything but do they actually make you guys feel more productive?

I'll keep it short because I'm about to go in, With that being said,
It's super fun, if you like making beautiful food without having to work over a greasy fryer or flat top, it's perfect. You get to interact with the kitchen, servers, hot prep, and most of management will come get their expo fix and work along side you. You get to experience the whole kitchen! All the food goes through you, if you take pride in getting shit done, and sending out beautiful plates of steak and veggies, you're gonna love it.
The volume is a lot, it's loud, and not everybody wants to play along with the whole team spirit thing (looking at you 25+ servers that think their shit don't stank). But if you stock your plates, chili cups, ramekins, and butter and cheese, your other expo, or other members of the kitchen should help you with the more niche stuff.
If you can make it through the first week, you'll love it, though you'll need to use your voice OFTEN, and this is coming from an introvert. Taking this job was nerve wrecking because I knew what it entailed, and I knew I was gonna meet 50+ new people and have to leave a good impression on all of them, all while telling them to run this food, don't do this, don't do that etc, as restaurant employees can be volatile even for the smallest bit of instruction sometimes.
My introverted ass has made so many friends, eaten a lot of good food, and I'm on my way up the ladder apparently. Do it! Take the job. It's a scratch kitchen and I'm proud of what we're doing.
Expo here, why do you folks order so much apple sauce? I'm literally wasting an hour of time a day just scooping apple sauce to go on the side of Prime Rib, PYO steaks, all types of food that seems disgusting with applesauce, what's the deal? I want to sell beautiful sides of veggies and sweet loads and potatoes. Also, why do we order so much butter and sour cream on the side? It's almost always with a salmon that needs 2 other ramekins and a lemon on the plate, it's so petty! I'm getting pounded by volume and want to focus on the regular non-picky orders. Do better folks! But thanks for coming and I still love you regardless

I found so much gold content going to the bottom of my liked videos on Youtube. I'm talking like 50-100 abandoned OSRS (runescape?) channels. The account is about 20 years old at this point. I'm also seeing my old comments and stuff and hopefully some of the channels owners will respond for the laughs.
