So NBC/Fandango wants $36 to watch The Ark…
Only the first two episodes are free.
Guess I’ll be reading spoiler threads here - unless there’s another streamer it’s free on in the US (I don’t go sailing.)

I’m in the USA, and was luckily enough to watch the S3 premiere on YouTube Premiere (not YouTube TV Live) but now it’s missing, I found out the SYFY channel itself made the link set to private.
My family members can’t watch it and I’m wondering if someone on this Subreddit could find out why and if the show is only available for a limited time.
If it is I have found no reference to it being a limited release window.
We've got cave sets, a settlement, new characters - the storylines are still pulled straight out of Trek TOS in the best way and I've always liked the slice of cheese this show is served with but this season feels like a real upgrade from the last two
Just watched the first episode of season one. It looks interesting. Seem like a lot of people might be holding on to secrets
The plot is awful and the acting is bad, but I can’t stop watching it. It reminds me of the cheesy late night sci-fi shows I’d watch on the SyFy channel when I was young. Plus, I have a crush on Alicia Nevins.

Now that the second episode of season 3 of The Ark is upon us, we can finally find a place to stream the third season for people who don’t have Syfy or a cable subscription. It appears we can watch episodes via next-day streaming on Fandango (at least in the US). It’s free, and it doesn’t appear that you need to sign up. Fandango is now owned by Versant, which took ownership of Syfy and other cable channels after spinning off from NBCUniversal last year.
As mentioned in my earlier post that Plex was going to have it, this didn’t pan out. It looks like Plex made a season 3 placeholder with nowhere to watch the new episodes. Seasons 1 and 2 are the only ones available.
It appears another place to watch season 3 is the ElectricNow app itself, the production company/owners of the series. It costs money, and you have to pay for the full season upfront.
*** UPDATE:
In Last episode, it looked like they got struck by lightning, the ground was completely fried. Then this episode, they suddenly wake up on some prison rock? Got any theories? I’m kinda curious… next Friday feels way too far away lol.
Yes, I’m realty sad that Brice is gone. Yes, it was brutal and traumatizing…but a good death should be traumatizing. A good death should mean that stakes are established, and that you feel bad for the loss of a great character.
Hell, Brice was arguably the show’s number 2 character. The deuteragonsit of the show. He was popular, he was well liked, and those make him a great candidate for getting killed off.
And the circumstances are also really key here. That was a no win situation; something had to give. It would’ve been far worse writing if both he and Sharon had survived. The only way to make that work would’ve been an ass pull, a Deus ex Machina that would’ve felt forced and out of place.
Again, I’m really bummed it happened, but I genuinely think it was well executed. Really helps set the tone for the season.
