Almost done with season 1. Yeah it is a mega drama. Yeah the ship looks like cardboard. I was hoping with something maybe the quality of Farscape. Crazy accents. Feels like a cheesy reboot of space 1999. Still it is it fun with brain turned off. I always add 2 points on my 1 to 10 scale for SciFi so that puts it at a 7.

I have two questions.

Is it just me or is the cast crazy, crazy, crazy skinny? Like maybe older corporate life has changed my distorted my view about how thin young people are.

Does the next season improve? stay the same? I'll probably still watch regardless.

I have been searching for an answer and have come up empty so any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know when season 3 will be coming to a streaming service and what service that will be? I'm in the US and I did find where it's no longer going to be on Peacock but that's about all. I don't know why these shows make it so hard to find information about the shows and their future availability.

The Ark includes the entire cast instead of like many shows that focus on one. It has a way of getting the big picture out yet each cast member is focused on or involved.

I’ve been wondering for several episodes what is really going on. I know that Garnet has said that only Earth-like planets were chosen for exploration, so naturally we are going to see worlds biased towards these types of conditions. However, Homebase is some serious high strangeness in terms of the plant and animal life that exists on it as well as our cave people.

I am really starting to suspect that these worlds (or at least Homebase) are terraformed or have imported life from Earth. In particular, should that be the case, then I wonder who or what decided to do so and when.

Someone else on another post pointed out that the cave systems between Ross and Homebase appear connected and if they’re on two planets, then the cave systems are likely on more worlds, if not all the ones our characters have visited so far. They might not be on all of them, but there has to be more. Thoughts?

So… did Reece’s eyebrow turn white or is it something specific to Ian that I missed? I only ask because a few years back my right eyebrow suddenly turned almost completely white. I can’t find any images of Reece with the white eyebrow, but they may be old images.
