The UHD version is $4.99 (assuming plus tax).

I am in the US, and found it on movies anywhere with the different retailers listed. You can also buy it directly from those places. It did say limited time on the Amazon site (2nd pic), so I don't know how long this price will last.--

also, looks like Amazon has UHD and regular HD separately, but the regular HD has bonus features.
