How can someone have a baby and be eating takeaway, chips, and junk food all the time? Your body needs real food to recover and heal. The only times we saw her mum were maybe at the hospital and once or twice at home, for both babies.
A woman should have either a supportive husband or a supportive family. It looks like she has neither. A grown man should at least know how to make simple meals for his family. Maybe he doesn’t have to cook every day if she prefers cooking, but what happens if she ends up in the hospital? What is he going to feed the kids then?
Neither your family nor his family is going to raise and feed the children every day. It’s the parents’ responsibility.

It’s really sad to see that Idris seems to want Salem to stay because he actually plays with him and gives him attention — even if it’s just for content. Kids naturally gravitate toward the person who engages with them. You should be the one doing that SAMMY DF. If you can’t give him that time and attention, consider preschool or daycare so he can be around other kids and get the interaction he needs.
Leaving J alone with two kids so you could go hang out with the boys was incredibly irresponsible.
I genuinely believe Sammy is on the spectrum. His general demeanour and certain traits — which I originally believed were simply toxic behaviours … on closer inspection seem more like cognitive or behavioural dysfunctions. 🤨
What’s really sad is that, because of Sammy’s impatience and these traits, his children will either recoil or begin acting out. From the looks of it, Idris already displays levels of anxiousness that, at his age — especially when you compare the way Taj explores similar environments.
Jalilah also looks genuinely fed up with him, and honestly, I don’t blame her! Having her AirPods permanently jammed in her ears to avoid his screechy voice or the endless questions about “how much does it hurt today…?” “Really still that much pain..?” says a lot.
We all know he’s waiting for her pain level to drop to a 1 so he can either parade her around malls to make content, or shove a phone in her face while she cooks elaborate meals for him again — all for content!!!

A newborn literally needs someone 24/7. To be held, fed, changed, rocked, comforted, helped to sleep, etc. That’s not being manipulative or overly attached — that’s just infant development.
Sure, some babies are more chill or independent temperament-wise, but Iyla is literally a newborn. I am sure Jalileh is just tired from her c section and needs more help: I really wish she stayed at her moms or something.
