The first time I met her, she was really nice.. we exchanged numbers to work out the parking situation. When she moved in.. she wore her iPods in her ears to avoid talking. I was asking about her schedule and she mumbled. I texted her my schedule cause I needed to leave a certain time in the mornings on certain days. Then when I saw her again.. I was like hello can you take off your pods.. and I asked if she was parked on the street she said yes.. and I kept talking about my schedule and she completely ignored me. So I got pissed and I slammed the door cause I wanted to punch her.
Now she has been slamming the entrance door and her bedroom door everyday. I texted her and the landlord to stop slamming the doors. Next day she slams it harder.

I like Emily, she was one of my favorites. She kinda thinks shes all that now with her new look! The way she was sitting by the pool acting all big shot. I dont really like the new Emily. She gained confidence and Shane can somewhat detect it. She thinks she can find someone better than Shane now. But because of her broken family past, she stays to make it work with Shane. And not only that but Shane comes from a great family with money. I really think Emily should start being nice to Shane. I still dont understand why Shane wont work meanwhile the kids are in school. Thats weird. Shane looks like the lazy type. I still like him... He can be funny at times. Emily is lucky to have him.

I took Ash years ago when I was doing my undergrad going through a break up. Now 20 yrs later I started taking my supplement stack and I am on 1 month. Three days ago I added 500 mg of Ashwagandha in the evenings. The first 2 days I experienced severe anxiety. I was feeling claustrophobic that on day 2 I forced myself out of the house and went for a walk to get some fresh air. I went for a walk in my favorite side of town so I was enjoying the moment. So on my 3rd day I lowered the dose to 250mg and I did not get the anxiety anymore. It is very very mild anxiety but I am just letting the dose adjust.
What I did like was that Ashwagandha made me leave the house cause I am a hugeee homebody. I got so much anxiety that I had to go outside. When I was outside it was refreshing, happy peaceful moment.
What I didnt like was that on those first 2 days I was having horrible ruminating thoughts about people I dont even like or want to think about. But when I lowered the does those thoughts and anxiety went away.
I know it takes about 2 weeks for the vitamin to fully kick in. So what I want to accomplish is to be productive. I started a start up and I have stalled on the set for 2 weeks now cause I am focused on other stuff that is not relevant.
I do get positive thoughts now and thoughts of getting back to my start up set up. So its to early to tell but that has been my experience so far. I know a lot ppl say that this vitamin changed their life so I am hoping my changes for the better. I want to stop ruminating thoughts and focus on my work and also get outside more often.

Well not even in a nice way how she talks to her 3 real kids. She lets Sammy record her and she tries to act caring but she is talk yelling and acting rude to him in a weird caring way. She said something like if I knew you were coming but I didn't know so I added yogurt!!! Like she cares.
She added cheese in his tacos the other Day and acted like she forgot and picked on the tacos with her dirty hands to get the chicken out from the cheese... Pretty gross... She could have used a spoon.
