I have been listening to Joe Dispenza on repeat for about 5 years now together with Dr. Lipton. I learned the brainwave stages. I learned to say I am.... I learned to reprogram myself. I learned to let go of the past and stay in the present and fall in love with my future. I learned the meaning of subconscious and conscious mind, basically the secret when you fall to your unsubconscious mind about horrible past... Always tune back in to your conscious mind.

I was able to finish grad school and moved to my dream state. I am actually living the dream. But all it took was me making progress on my checklist and taking action. Doing what I'm going to say I'm going to do. And I have seen the synchronicities that is the aha moment... This was the powerful sign.

My aha moment was that when I was suffering in grad school and living where I didn't want to live anymore... I used to listen to a Christian song over and over again. The video was beautiful with a beautiful historic church... When I moved to my dream state in the east coast, I see this church every where. Everytime I see I'm like aha! I see it all the time... I'll go back and replay the song and see myself where I was at and where I am now.

It all takes for you to believe in yourself, make a plan, stick to it, and take action! Vision your dream and take action towards it.

She is finally dressing up a little for Snapchat. Clearly they got the memo to dress up for work.

She is not postpartum depressed. She's doing fine, she was just being lazy as usual and letting herself go. She's filming so she realized she needed to fix up. You guys were just feeling pity for her. 😂

Jalilah is starting to make videos now 😂 after he demanded her to... I guess the subscriptions aren't working.

She got dressed and put on make up. She's not depressed y'all, she is just lazy as usual. Y'all need to stop feeling pity over her or saying she is postpartum. She's fine.. she's got it made with Sammy. She doesn't need to do anything but cook and care for the babies.

Y'all chill out! Sammy is not capable of planning anything. And Jalilah is still postpartum from all the sympathy she is getting here on here. Jalilah can't ever dress decently for the camera and Sammy can't plan anything. They already bought him enough toys. Point is y'all keep saying Jalilah is depressed blah blah blah, Sammy didn't buy him a balloon blah blah blah. Y'all know Sammy doesn't have brain cells. I swear the hypocrisy in here. Y'all be quiet now.

Why is Jalilah dressed all sluggish at home.. it's been over a month and she's acting like it just happened. I don't know if she is walking around dragging like that to get sympathy or something... But damn it's gone too far.

We all know she only showers when she is going to a party. And when she was first dating Sammy.

But she let herself go. Not even trying to dress at least decent. I mean she is around people all the time and the camera for the world to see. It's pretty bad that she's gotten too comfortable with Sammy and the kids.

They are both acting young. They need to know the AARP discount is coming soon and need to start acting like parents. Instead of acting like they are single young adults traveling solo across the country.
