I tried finding games for like 30 mins and everytime I'd join no one had a mic, or were in parties, or discord but didnt attempt to communicate with me at all. Totally ruins the game for me, if anyone's trying to play regularly lmk. I play on xbox and have my discord connected to my account so I can talking game chat, discord, or an xbox party. Ill send my GT in private msg dont want to put it on here lol

I just want to say that im having a blast playing this game. Its a nice pallet cleanser from everything else ive been playing. The madness system is awesome, but...could we possibly get a block or dodge function? Because, it might be my skill issue, but I have a really hard time not losing 1.5 chunks of health to enemies. I know its not a perfect game, but man its got good bones. The concept is repetitive fun and even just going in and going trinket goblin mode is fun. My only gripe is with the combat, sometimes. I always end up deep in the map by the timer goes off and then I get swarmed. Im not taking a leisure stroll but I do get lost sometimes.

This is just my own personal opinion and expirience. Like I said, im loving the game. Just hoping maybe a block or dodge makes its way in. Your fellow priest is praying for it.

My pc fried last year and I can’t replace it yet. I have a steam deck where I do 90% of my gaming now. My roommate has a ps5 and we want to play together I play Helldivers and other titles handheld so I’m used to playing stuff in potato graphics at this point but I just want to make sure I can play this as long as I want too.

We've discovered a consistent way to reproduce the progress loss issue on PS5, and possibly other platforms.

Users who spam the X button on their PS5 controllers during the game's splash screen may enter the main menu and see their progress as Rank 1 with 0 Expeditions. If you see your progress in the main menu in this state you should exit the game immediately to prevent that information from being written to your save file. At this point your save data is still intact, but if you continue to play it will be overwritten with the incorrect information.

Until the upcoming patch is released containing the fix for this issue. Players should avoid pressing the X button repeatedly while entering the game.

This patch was originally slated for this coming Monday, but will be delayed a few days in order to finally patch this issue, and include some additional features we've been working on.

Please note that this patch will also contain a way to recover most of your progress based on the information extracted from your trophies.

We apologize for this very severe issue and the damage it has caused to so many players.

Where do I find a knife? I've never seen one nor do I seem to have one equipped anywhere.

Trying to change the knife skin just says "no knife in inventory"

Is everyone actually cool with this? I was 100% ready to buy and it stopped me dead.

Torches have been broken since launch where they just randomly stopped working for no reason. Sometimes they're​ even broken when you buy them and they don't even work when you start your expedition. So there's no way to stop the enemies from getting back up unless you have like an unlimited supply of lanterns which is not possible.

The cart guy is incredibly unresponsive and he's one of the main aspects of the game where when you blow the horn which alerts the forest you would at least expect the mechanic to work where he would come immediately but most of the time he never even bothers showing up he's just off spinning in a circle somewhere. Among all his other idioces.

Obviously the hitboxes are Beyond terrible... When you're trying to attack things from the back the hick boxes are even worse and don't work at least 70% of the time. The tree people are terrible because of this because the only way to really take them down is from the back and if it doesn't work your weapon gets stuck in them which is ridiculous when you're dealing with another mechanic for a game that's busted but required to progress. I've had an entire expedition loss because nobody could hit the back of the wood guy...

Me and my friend can't seem to figure it out.

I just hit level 16 yesterday, got on to play this evening and all my progress is gone. This needs a patch immediately. I don’t know if I’ve lost a save file like this since my primary gaming device was a gameboy. Honestly considering refunding if there’s not a patch by tomorrow at this time.

Me and my friend are having trouble with the game. We run out of weapons every time and we have no clue where these logbooks are the tutorial was subpar our working theory is it might be one of those boring games where your crouched sneaking for 2 hours to grab an object then leave but we’re hoping it’s not any advice would be helpful

As explorers we have to:

Go to shore filled with unspeakable horrors risking our lives, bring back deer/food, supplies/weapons, & occult dark gold worth fortunes & in return we get...

Some tokens that can be used to rent occult artifacts WE FOUND, access to an anvil to upgrade the rubbish weapons we have been provided & some wooden saints. Why can't we buy bandages, armor, weapons, ship upgrades, character outfits, weapon skins etc?

Playing on xbox series x. Randomly drop below 25 fps, audio turns to Morse code every 3 minutes, constant rubber band and falling through Map. Wondering if anyone else is having these issues?

I think it would be cool to add spiderwebs to burn or cut through for certain areas just to add more stuff to the games. Like imagine being chased and baiting the enemies into a web and they get stuck or you get stuck. I feel it would add to the intensity of chases. I enjoy the game as is though

Me and my friends have played a few times. Every single time we get off and then get back on later, i try to open up the save file and it never works. I havent been able to go into a save file ONCE since ive bought the game. Literally no point to play until its fixed because we have to start fresh every time we play

Spent £75 for my household to play this game but can’t play for more than five minutes before the audio begins to heavily stutter and making it so whenever I press home it just comes up with turn off console like I held it down

Fundamentally it’s completely unplayable as it stands, I don’t want to refund because from what I have managed to play is actually really fun and I want to believe the devs will fix this but I wanted to make this post just so they are aware this seems to be a widely common issue

I haven’t seen anyone have any sort of fix but if anyone does find anything please do comment, not just for me but for others with the same issue

I understand technical difficulties with a launch, especially if numbers are higher than expected. I'm fairly lenient, but i can only deal with things so much.

Question, why must I log in to my MyNacon EVERY TIME I boot up the game? Shouldn't that kinda just be like, idk, my account?

And on that note, as stated, I totally get technical issues. But I have now lost my progress a whopping FOUR times now. I love the game, been excited for it for a little under a year before release. But sadly I'm gonna have to put it down until the issue is FULLY resolved and CONFIRMED. I'm not about to put another 30 hours in just for everything to wipe all over.

so iv wishlisted the game saw it came out and watched a vid on it but there all playing it with friends or the hallucinations are multiplayer effects and i was wondering if it’s worth getting for solo play or if it’s only good in multiplayer
