(Spoilers) International viewer, the ending of season 1 does not make sense to me

I don’t understand how Cirie won. I’ve only watched traitors outside of the US so this was my first season. The US version is much much more hard-core and the people are way more aggressive and rude towards each other. They say horrible things and many seem to forget that they’re playing a game. However, the part that stuck out most to me is the ending firstly that a contestant would resign from the game last minute is mind-boggling to me, excused from the fact that he probably figured out that if they voted to banish, he would be voted out no matter what so it was better for him to take the highway Out. Secondly, I don’t understand how the players did not realize that there were two traitors left. They know that there are three traitors in total from the start. They know they’ve banished two, so they know since Christian talked about being tempted that there is a possibility of a fourth traitor that was recruited. It also makes sense in terms of a player not being murdered that night. Lastly, Ari says when he chooses to resign that he was recruited then logically there is one traitor left so how could they miss that. Also, it seems to me based on what cirie said, which is unclear if it was something she was saying, live to the others that what was her reason for choosing banish instead of ending the game should’ve put her under a lot of suspicion that the others don’t try to vote her out, but want to end the game. I just don’t understand.

Quentin I think he was just happy to there. For Andie I think she was very emotional.

Also I read somewhere people not understanding how people feel so close so fast. This is not true. I understand it. Even just within days of going through something so psychologically stressful, you can make bonds very fast. I know that in most countries they actually have psychologist ready onset to help people. It is intense, so trust me you can build bonds very quickly and become very emotional. This is not surprising.

Credit to Tom?! Watching Season 3 right now...

Okay, I'm not a Vanderpump or really a Bravo person at all, but I just have to give some flowers... It was so unexpected to me how Tom Sandoval of all people was the one who could bring down a legend like Boston Rob! I love when someone is mistakenly underestimated. And for someone so cocky like Boston Rob who talked constantly about who could be capable of this and that move, it felt poetic. IMHO.

How Would a 4-Person Traitor FINAL 4 work out? Would it be another Traitors’ Dilemma?

Here is my Link for the 3-Traitors Final, which has historically had a Traitors’ Dilemma.

A Traitors Dilemma has only occurred when there are 3 Traitors left.

How would things play out if there are 4 Traitors though?

Instead of being able to end the game or vote out someone, they have to write down Share or Steal.

If all Share then they split it 4 ways.

If 3 Share and 1 Steals then the $ goes to the Stealer.

If 2 Share and 2 Steal then the $ goes to the Stealers.

If 1 Shares and 3 Steal then the $ goes to the Stealers.

If all Steal then no one gets the $ at all.

SCENARIO:

You are at Top 4, and realize you don’t completely trust your fellow Traitors, and are stuck in the Traitors Dilemma.

At this point, you are unable to throw in a Pouch at all. You can only Vote to SHARE OR STEAL.

SHARE:

If you SHARE at least someone is guaranteed to get the money because only when all 4 people STEAL does it end with $0.

STEAL:

Hope that at least someone else makes that sacrifice to SHARE so you can get a bigger prize.

Overall:

Ultimately, with now all 4 Traitors at the Final 4, and no pouches, you don’t get to see who would have Voted Red or Green at Final 4, like if there was at least 1 Faithful, to gauge anyone’s choices.

You also know two things are true: At least 1 more person is capable of Stealing even if 3 others would Share, and it also means at least 1 more person is capable of Sharing even if 3 others would Steal.

This adds an interesting dynamic:

Should you Steal if everyone else is more likely to panic and Steal too?

If not, then should you Share if everyone else is afraid to Steal because they assume everyone else will Steal?

Please share your thoughts and comments on this NEW, UNPRECEDENTED Final 4 dynamic.

Alan in Toy Story 5!

Has anyone seen “Toy Story 5”?

Alan voices >!the horse Bullseye, talking in a scene of Bonnie’s imagination. But he’s credited as “Evil Bullseye” because the character turns on his friends & escapes. So, he becomes…a TRAITOR!!< 🤭😂

Which OG Traitor do you think would’ve made the best faithful?

Rob may have been good with how much sway he had at the round table but I’m not sure how good his theories would be. What do you guys think?

Scenario: How would you handle a Traitors’ Dilemma if you were at Final 4, with 2 Fellow Traitors, and a Faithful

A Traitors Dilemma occurs when there are 3 Traitors left.

Instead of being able to end the game or vote out someone, they have to write down Share or Steal.

If all Share then they split it 3 ways.

If 2 Share and 1 Steals then the $ goes to the Stealer.

If 1 Shares and 2 Steal then the $ goes to the Stealers.

If all Steal then no one gets the $ at all.

SCENARIO:

You are at Top 4, and realize you don’t completely trust your fellow Traitors if you got to the Traitors Dilemma.

At this point, you are aware, it is NOT good to vote to banish out the Faithful.

Your 4 best options are:

End Game at Final 4 — to prevent the Traitors Dilemma and hope the rest vote Green too.

RISK: If you are the only Green pouch, it means the Faithful will assume you must be a Traitor. (This also means that if a Traitor was going to vote out the other Traitor \*not you\*, then they will end up voting you out instead bc the Faithful will vote for you).

End Game at Top 3: Vote Banish Again to eliminate the Traitor at Final 4 you trust least, and try to get the other Traitor and Faithful to vote that way as well. Then just end the Game at Top 3.

RISK: If you are the only Red pouch, it means you could have won, but gave up the guarantee. It also means both Traitors think you will turn on them, and will likely both vote for you. You would need the Faithful to vote with you to stalemate. But if you convince one Traitor to turn on the other, then you have the majority of 3vs1, if they trust you want to share with them.

End Game at Top 2: Vote out the other Traitor with the Faithful’s vote and your own.

RISK: If you are the only red pouch, then the Traitor who worked with you previously, will know you are going to eliminate them. You rely completely on the Faithful trusting you, which risks the other Traitor convincing the Faithful to vote for you.

OR

End the Game at Top 2: Work with the other Traitor to mutually vote out the Faithful and split the $ with your final remaining fellow Traitor.

RISK: You see the Faithful throws in the Red Pouch. There is a 50% chance that they are going to vote for you, or the other Traitor. So you have to convince that Traitor that the Faithful should be eliminated to secure both of you. If the Faithful says they are voting for you, then the other Traitor may vote for you too, and not want to share the $.

This is amplified if the other Traitor throws in the red pouch, with or without the Faithful. At that point, it’s clear they are voting for you, and you rely on the Faithful to win.

IT WAS YOU, YAM YAM! [analog]

My sister just turned 40 and LOVES The Traitors. I made a bunch of magnets so she can change Alan Cumming’s outfits around. Most have some silly phrases from the show (or at least something close to a catchphrase he might use)

Tom Sandoval shoves ex-gf's father into lit firepit in video from TMZ

Thought this was worth sharing since I saw a post with the article about how the ex-girlfriend was arrested for DV. There's clearly a much more complicated situation here than it initially sounds.

Rob is about to turn into American Harry!

I am 6 episodes into US series 4 and I think Rob will do what Harry did so well in UK series 2. I think LIsa is too obvious and the other one will follow as she is a housewife.

I think Rob will win the series with either a recruited traitor or by himself !

My idea for a Season Twist! And it would all happen before the 1st Turret Meeting! How Treacherous!

I would call this “The Immaculate Conversion”.

Convert a Traitor into a Faithful.

But it’s before you meet them for the Day 1 in the Turret.

The Host would simply hint for the start of the first mission at the end of breakfast: “It will be especially important for everyone here to win a shield… even a Traitor.”

Just as they are being presented with the Hooded Cloak, the host says “I am sorry, but this Hooded Cloak is for Traitors only. And you have been converted by another Traitor back down to a Faithful, so you will not become a Traitor. However, there is still the possibility that you may be recruited in the future.

As for now, hurry back up to the castle… someone else will be taking your place.

Oh, and one more thing… because you are no longer a Traitor, that means you may be up for murder… just something to think about.”

This would occur if a Traitor / multiple Traitors wins a shield during the first mission, while at least 1 Traitor does not.

That Shield would be “converted” into a rejection for another recruited Traitor that at that point only the Host would know the Host had picked.

The Host would simply ask the Traitor(s) individually if they want to block a Traitor from being able to join them if they didn’t win a shield, and that it is a 1-time offer.

They don’t get to know who was the Traitor, just that it was a Traitor who didn’t have a shield (they would have to deduce that on their own).

If they accept, they turn in their shield later and then they get to block someone else. From here, that is the secret move.

Then, the person who takes their place is someone Faithful who did win a shield and is selected by the Host.

When they meet in the Turret, they wouldn’t know who was the replacement and who was the original…
And neither would the audience.

Only at the finale would it be revealed, as a flashback scene of who the Host selected and who was going to be the last original Traitor before the other Traitor(s) blocked them.

They would film the person getting rejected first… for maximum impact and film the rest without telling us who was their replacement… because this season would not show us who was tapped on the shoulder. We would only find out who is a Traitor at the recruitment Oath ceremony.

We wouldn’t know which Traitors had a shield and which Faithful had the shield to replace them.

The Traitors wouldn’t know about whether the Conversion even happened, they could assume all Traitors earned a shield, or that any one of them could have been the replacement.

The replacement will be informed of how they were recruited differently, but reminded it is up to them to divulge to the other Traitors when they meet at the Day 1 Turret… as they may prefer to keep that information to themselves.

Is there under-representation of Muslim people on The Traitors US?

On the Traitors Uk, there are a wide range of people with a wide range of different religions

But on The Traitors US, there hasn't been a Muslim person chosen to join the cast, if the leaked Civillian cast is correct there is no-one of muslim origin there.

Does this lack of representation need addressing?

Possible Season 6 Cast Tease?

Kyle Cooke just posted this on his IG account. Do we think this is a potential tease to Seth Myers being on S6 or a potential Kyle return? He did pretty good on S1 up until everyone turned on him for no reason and with all the West/Amanda scandal drama Kyle is 🔥 right now.
