The way I gasped when you said three year old little girl?

I was 37 having been married for 17 years with no kids. I had decided i would take one more year to work my butt off to try to conceive, because we wouldn't be able to afford IVF.

And it just happened! Once, an early miscarriage. And then my miracle baby came, and my life became complete.

The stories you are sharing of women are so important and rare, thank you.

We tend to watch Try content with my 6 year old. On a recent video she described Zach as 'the small one,' and just now while watching the 'Try everything at Dave & Busters,' she asked "where's the small one??"

This was even funnier to my husband and I, because I don't think Zach is particularly small, I think it's moreso that Keith is as tall as he is!

Watching this series, as someone who is about to start their own journey into learning about my own fertility, was an absolute amazing watch!!! I laughed and cried along!!

I am adopted and was diagnosed with lupus, stage III lupus nephritis, and have some seizure issues back in 2021. Being a mom has always been a dream of mine and I know every person has a different journey to becoming a parent. I appreciate y’all for shining a light on this topic!

This might be a stupid question, but at the end of Marissa’s doc she mentioned her and her partner would like to try for a baby together, does that mean she’ll no longer need to use the embryos and just use the unfertilized eggs? Just wanted to know and I’m still super uneducated on this whole process

Not really sure where to put this, but I was super disappointed to see the try guys post on Facebook regarding "eat microwaved mayo or say Taylor swift is better than Beyoncé". Pitting two super successful (and amazing!) women against one another is incredibly weird, not progressive, and not something I would have ever expected from the try guys team. It's really sad. I know I'm not the only one who commented on this post with this concern but I'm not sure how to bring it to the try team's attention. The whole post is in poor taste. I hope the try team reevaluates making posts/comments like that in the future because it's put a bad taste in the mouth of MANY fans. Even non-try guys fans (and non-Taylor swift fans) have commented.
Edit: yes I'm aware it's a trolley problem - I'm a big fan of that show, but I also think it's not a nice one? Some are funny but imo this one is not it. Btw, I love both Beyoncé and Taylor :) just surprised that the try team thought it would be funny!
Edit 2: I no longer wish to die on this hill, someone just hand me the microwaved mayo 😭 I'm not going to respond any more. Yes I see I've taken it too seriously that's my bad!

Title says it, but I’ll add that it’s consistently the last five minutes of every show and only this app. Anyone having similar issues?

I need to know

Hi there, I have watched the Try Guys since their buzzfeed days. I’m probably a little older than their target audience (i’m 36F), but I find a decent chunk of their content pleasant and there have been episodes here and there (like the VooDoo episode of Try Guys, the trolley problems with Katie and Vehicular, and most of drop into city) that I would straight up call good ‘tv’. Sprinkle in series like InFertility and you’ve got a really nice platform that I’m happy to support and pay for (2nd try).

However, despite the Try Guys having matured often, there is just still so much of their content, especially on Try Every Day, that involve gimicky cross dressing. Don’t get me wrong: if people want to crossdress, go for it. I wish everyone to dress how they want. But these episodes where the try guys ‘try’ corsets, lingerie, sundresses, etc…I just don’t get it. They’re clickbaity and entirely unserious while they pretend to be serious. It makes me feel so uncomfortable, it feels performative (even more so than their ‘hysterics’ sometimes already do, but ive come to embrace the cheesyness).

Again, I like the platform a lot, and they don’t owe me perfection or only shows I like. I think they are so talented. Which is probably why I don’t get why they still do this ‘schtick’. I’m just wondering if that’s just me, whether people really like those types of episodes, or how they view them. Just curious who they make it for, I guess?

UPDATE: wow, in like no time at all, this got so many responses. It’s very interesting to read these different perspectives on this type of their content. It has really broadened my understanding of why and for whom they continue making these videos and I’m glad most do not feel it is mocking or performative, but genuine and important. I am glad I asked!

About to subscribe for 2nd try!! Can I only watch on my phone? I have an iPhone and an Apple TV so I’m hoping there’s an app I can download on both iPhone and Apple TV so my roomies and I can watch together!!??

I saw on Trolley Problems that Keith's secret is that he wouldn't let them wax his weiner for that video. But I just went back and watched the wax video and it definitely looks like he's getting waxed. He's also mentioned at least once in another video that he liked having it be bald down there after the waxing episode. Am I just misunderstanding what Zach said on Trolley Problems? Help me understand!

I just got second try, and I love it!

My favorite are the cooking shows and Drop Into the City, and I have some ideas for shows. Not sure if they’ve been pitched.

1. Chef Mystery Box Challenge

Real chefs featured as judges on WAR and on Phoning It In get a mystery box with ingredients someone like Kwesi used in a WAR episode and need to create an edible dish using those exact ingredients and nothing else.

2. Idiot x Professional Chef

Someone like Kwesi or Jared instructing someone like Mythical Kitchen Josh through the phone on what to make. No official recipes. A dish Kwesi or Jared WANT to make using ingredients they THINK are in the dish and instructing a real chef on how they THINK it’s prepared. Chefs need to do exactly what Kwesi and Jared say even if they know it’s wrong. How many eggs? Six? (Wrong) The comedy would be Jared and Josh freaking out while Jared second guesses himself, gets everything wrong, and Josh trying to hold in his verbal diarrhea of facts he can’t tell Jared.

3. Try Guys Try to Become Hibachi Chefs

I just watched the first ep of the new series Marissa In Fertility (on 2nd try, but I believe it will be released on YT as well) and am in tears. It is so honest and open and FREEING. I could see the empowerment Marissa felt from taking control of her own fertility journey/narrative, and it’s the palpable moments like these that really help others feel inspired to take action in their own lives, or to at least not feel alone. Such a well done ep about an important topic. + could not have come at a better time for me, personally, so.. Marissa, Try Team- if you’re reading this, thank you. 💛

Late to the party but I genuinely thought he was excellent. With training he could do it for real. He's tall, has a good bone structure, had the attitude. Even his walk itself if you take the flourishes out was pretty solid! Do I... Do I fancy Keith?? Yes I think I do.
