Hey! This post will briefly explain what this sub is.

There is a Discord community called "The Zoo". It's a sfw meme server that was made for the Pikmin sub reddit when we didn't know if we'd lose the mod team over there and our community.

The Pikmin users would call themselves feral, so I made a zoo for the animals.

This sub reddit is a spin off of that community (weird, I know). I post memes here and a bot links them to that server. there's about 3500 of them, the links below if you want to hang out.

The idea was that we'd post memes here like a group chat and have a way to upvote them and interact in a way we, originally a reddit community, prefer.

Over time I was basically a one man sub reddit having posted over 1000 memes in a short span before I was DMCA copyright struck and I removed them for fear of losing my account.

While this has always been my group chat for my discord, the frequency at which I posted ended up turning this place into a sub that at times had over 150k weekly viewers.

You're all welcome here, but yeah it's basically you watching a group chat i dump memes in, and I am like sub reddit level in terms of posting frequency. I slowed down from the 9 a day to 2-3 though.
