The frogmantle perfectly fits the rubber moonswatch straps on AliEx. Not gonna be for everyone but I can imagine some colour combos work with the different TO23 dial variants. Keep frogmantleing on! 🐸

Thorn T023 - making the blue suit and white shirt look even sharper!

First of all, thank you for all the feedback on the T003 project so far. It has been very helpful and has guided our thinking a lot.

We wanted to share a small update and continue gathering your opinions.

Dial text options

We are currently considering two options for the dial text:

Option A: AUTOMATIC
Option B: FRONTIER

We are also considering a more minimal version with no dial text at all, keeping only the THORN branding.

Important note

We previously tested the word “EXPEDITION”, but after reviewing it further, we found there may be trademark considerations within the watch category (Class 14).

To avoid any potential issues going forward, we have decided to move away from that direction.

We are now focusing on FRONTIER and AUTOMATIC as alternatives.

Size feedback

We have received a lot of requests for 36mm and 39mm versions, and we really appreciate that input.

At the moment, the 34mm case is already prepared for production, so we will proceed with this version first.

The 36mm / 39mm versions would require new case tooling, so they are still under evaluation depending on overall demand.

Feedback

We would really appreciate your thoughts:

• Which do you prefer: AUTOMATIC / FRONTIER / no text at all?
• Would you personally prefer a future 36mm or 39mm version?
• Any other suggestions are welcome.

Creo que el caso ya lo tienes de otros modelos que tienes, únicamente tendrían que hacer el dial. Estaría genial ver esto en 37-38mm. Ojalá la comunidad me dé el apoyo !

We've been working on a new colorway for the THORN T003 and wanted to get some honest feedback before deciding whether to move it into production.

Current specifications:

• 34mm case
• 40.7mm lug-to-lug
• 9.5mm thickness
• PT5000 automatic movement
• Quick-release bracelet
• Tool-free on-the-fly micro-adjust clasp

Nothing has been finalized yet, so now is the best time for us to hear what enthusiasts really think.

We're also considering changing the text on the dial. Previous versions used "EXPLORE ROAD," which has always been somewhat controversial, so this version uses "EXPEDITION" instead.

We'd really like to know what you think.

Thorn rifate il quadrante del T010 il cronografo

After wearing the Thorn for a few days, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by its lightweight 93 gram titanium construction.

The watch is very well finished, with no sharp edges or rough spots anywhere.

The new tool free bracelet adjustment system is impressive! The outer links feature a spring-loaded mechanism that allows you to remove or add links with ease. It's incredibly simple anyone can do it.

The ceramic bezel has a satisfying unidirectional click action. My only minor criticism is that there is a slight amount of play when you try to move it in the opposite direction. It doesn't bother me personally, but it's worth mentioning.

I would have loved to see an on-the-fly (OTF) adjustable clasp, but with four micro-adjustment positions, you'll have no trouble achieving a comfortable fit.

And just look at Thorn's lume it's phenomenal 🤩

Even after spending a long time in the dark, it remains bright and highly legible.

MODIFICATE IL QUADRANTE DEL T010

This watch has made me want more Thorn watches. This watch is so good. A couple of pics from today.

I haven’t given this one as much love or wear as my Blackrose so I figured today I would bring it back out of the case. I really thought the green hues of the tropical bezel on brown tropical dial were a little too much for my taste together but when on the black with its faded tone lume blocks, it really looks smashing. For those who will ask the band is from Steevostraps in the UK and yes it is a more costly custom band than some might want but I’ve had it for over a decade floating between different watches til finally finding its home on the frog.
