Kensington Market (Augusta/Dundas part) should be fixed up

There is literally a stretch of 5 buildings that are literally collapsed in to the west of Augusta/Dundas right at the end of Kensington Market and the city does nothing about it. Why does the city do absolutely nothing to fix this?

Also Kensington Market is a place many immigrants come to get started in this city, and for some reason the left here want to torture them by forcing every establishment have a fent drone screaming at them all day. You walk by a patio and everyone is so uncomfortable because of that one evil community center that doesnt ever actually help these people get over their adictions
