Got a 95 suburban and my gauge cluster lights were not working so I put a jumper switch on the dimmer switch and they began to work when I tried to start the truck everything went black, so I unhooked the battery and hooked it back up and the truck started but now it won’t shift out of first gear and the speedometer won’t move it stays at 0 while driving. The weird thing is when you are parked and you move the shifter to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd they all engage anything helps please!!!

So it has 142k miles on it and I’ve never changed the transmission fuel since I bought it at 70k miles.

Last time I went to do the oil change, they said it’s sealed and they won’t do anything.

Now Idk if I should replace it. Some say that full drain can cause more harm than good. I just don’t want to risk it. It’s driving fine I believe.

Please advise me what’s the right thing to do would be. Thank you

What bolt sizes go in to mount body valve back into transmission housing. I know it’s different sizes to go around the body valve but what are they specifically. Pictures would help also
