Any one who’s knowledgeable enough to tell me my chances of visiting Israel once again?

Any lawyer or someone knowledgeable who could tell my chances of getting an israeli visa soon or for around september of this year? i’d like to visit again

not your routine post i know, but i’ve had multiple tourism visas back in 2013-2016 with no issues but given the time gap, and my nationality and other stuff, i was wondering if I could consult with someone before applying for a visa. Thanks in advance.

Israel in August

Hi,

I have a flight to Israel booked for the first two weeks in August to stay in Jerusalem. My brother says it is too hot to go then and do touring things like Dead Sea Masada Chevron etc. He's trying to convince me to reschedule. I'm a 55 year old man.

Is he correct?

Visiting Arab cities and towns in Israel

Hi. I'm an Australian-Israeli (born in Israel to Israeli parents - moved to Australia when I was young) and I'm visiting my family in Israel this summer. I started learning Arabic last year and I am keen to go visit some Arab cities and towns in Israel to immerse myself in the culture and practice my Arabic for a bit while I'm there. I was thinking of going to Nazareth, Abu Gosh, Haifa and maybe some parts of East Jerusalem or even some places in the triange. The thing is I've heard some of these areas may be dangerous, especially for Jews. Does anyone have any recommendations of where to go (even specific locations that would be nice to visit), where to avoid, and what to be aware of?

Train from TLV to Jerusalem Friday afternoon

What time does the train stop running from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem this time of year? I land at 1:30 pm this Friday and am hoping to take the train because it brings me very close to my Airbnb and I know from past trips that Friday traffic in Israel is pretty bad. I am hoping to only have carryons to save time in the airport. Can I reasonably make the train?

Route 90 safe?

Is it currently possible and safe for tourists to drive by rental car along Route 90 from the Sea of Galilee to Masada National Park?

Planning a trip to Tel Aviv

I have a chance to spend about 10 days in Israel (first time ever. Definitely excited. Just need to figure out when) and am thinking of Tel Aviv as my “home base”. If course I’ll go to the kotel and dead sea etc but I’m trying to figure out if it would be better to find a sublet, airbnb type situation, or hotel. I’m trying to keep it fairly inexpensive but not budget if that makes sense. I’m 40, out of shape due to a bad knee injury, and have some mobility issues. Where would be a good place to stay close to public transit, beach, etc? Oh also not sure if it matters but I’m also very gay

Wheelchair user visiting Israel

I am desperate to visit Israel and I am starting to worry that I will never manage to visit and so I am researching as much as I can.

I am disabled, a full time wheelchair user and I will be 60 next year and so if I do it, it needs to be sooner rather than later so that I am still able to self propel my chair and get around.

It would have to be on a budget as we are not very well off financially and so I need tips please.

I know the trains are accessible and so I would use a train for a day trip into Jerusalem but other than that, I would be content being wherever and just knowing I would finally be in Israe

Israel Outdoors vs. Tailor Made: which has higher satisfaction from people who have gone?

About to pull the trigger and sign up for taglit, and I know the itineraries between organizations is basically the same. My bigger question is about the quality between these two organizers? I’ve heard good and bad about both. Does anyone know if there’s a big difference in satisfaction and how the tours are run between them? You know, feeling of tours, level of energy, etc. between organizers?

Otherwise, I’ll just go by date. Sachlav is also an option I think, btw.

FWIW, I’m into outdoorsy things and am very secular, but also want time to see cultural things, eat, and the cities/historical sites.

Thank you.

Transportation in Israel

Hello everyone! In June this year I'm going for one week in Israel. I need some advices. In my plan I have to visit couple of places: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Beer Sheva, Haifa, Nazareth (+ Mount Tabor), Hebron, Bethlehem, Jerichon, Ein Gedi and Capernaum (and Ein Keshatot/Golan heights)...(amd Ramallah, but just I'm not quite sure). I know that there are railways that connect Jerusalem-Tel Aviv-Beer Sheva-Haifa. But for the rest of the places I have zero idea how to get there. I was thinking smth about buses. I will be really thankful if I got some advices.

P.S. 1 Is there something specific I have to know before going to the West Bank or in Israel as a whole?

P.S. 2 Could you please tell if there is something interesting to see and visit among these places above, which is not listed as "a common sight"?

Thank you :)
