Hey r/TrinidadColorado fam! 👋 It’s Wednesday—hump day—and the perfect time to check in on our wellness journey.
How’s your week going so far? Energy levels, mood, sleep, movement—give us the honest update.
What’s one small win you’ve had this week (or one thing you’re proud of sticking with)? It can be as simple as drinking more water, going for a walk, setting a boundary, meditating for 5 minutes, or finally meal-prepping. Big or small, we celebrate all progress here!
Drop your win below, and if you’re comfortable, share one thing you’re focusing on for the rest of the week. Let’s lift each other up!
Quick mid-week reset ideas:
• Take 10 deep breaths right now
• Stretch for 5 minutes
• Text someone who makes you smile
• Step outside for fresh air (even if just for a minute)
• Put your phone in another room for 30 minutes
You’ve already made it halfway through the week—be kind to yourself today. 💚
What’s your Wednesday Wellness vibe? Let’s hear it!
