Tesla CEO Elon Musk apparently expressed an interest in visiting Jeffrey Epstein’s Caribbean island numerous times in email correspondence between the pair that lasted for more than a year, according to files released by the Justice Department on Friday.
The files, part of a release of millions of documentsrelated to various investigations into Epstein, include 16 emails between Musk and the disgraced financier sent in 2012 and 2013.
Musk appeared to acknowledge on Saturday that the emails were genuine, but denied any close connection to Epstein.
