There's a visual novel where one of the characters seems to be a mix of two deres (Saya from Ashita no Kimi to Au Tame ni) so I was wondering if there were occurences in other media.

The way it works as far as I understand is the tsundere is asocial-ish and generally cold to most people, but switches between two modes (like befitting a tsundere) when she does accept someone getting closer to her.
