Hello Reddit Community,

My name is Anurag, and I’m raising funds to help my family manage the outstanding medical expenses following the passing of my beloved father, Alokesh Sarkar.

My father was undergoing intensive treatment at Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass, while battling severe acute necrotizing pancreatitis, ARDS, septic shock, and multi-organ dysfunction. Despite extensive treatment and our family’s best efforts, he sadly passed away on 27 September 2026.

We have been left with approximately ₹11 lakh in pending medical expenses. Thanks to the incredible kindness and support of donors, we have now raised ₹8,17,927 (74%) towards our goal of ₹11,00,000. We still need ₹2,82,073 to clear the remaining medical dues.

Hey everyone!

21M here, from Howrah. Durga Puja is almost here and I'm looking for someone to go pandal hopping with this year.

Ideally looking for a female friend around my age, preferably from Howrah/Kolkata, but honestly i from another district and can make it to Kolkata, that works too.

Just looking for some good company to roam around, check out different pandals, grab some food, take random pictures, complain about the crowds and generally have a fun Pujo. 🤌🏼

Not really looking for anything complicated or forced - just hoping to make a new friend and have someone to share the Pujo chaos with. 👀
