Speaking of birds - I have multiple birds visit my balcony for food, unfortunately today my Cat attacked one of them and she is hurt, but thankfully I rushed her to the clinic and they stitched her up and now she is recovering.

She has to stay with me for 5 days for full recovery, I am very thankful to the vets, they were so considerate although it was not my bird, it was a bird that just visits me, but they knew it's considered a family member.

Edit: I wanted to add that this truly showed me how beautiful life can be - the way the vets took care of her. Humanity, Life and Hope are all interconnected.
