Why I bought today

Friend told me about this stock today. Has experience with FDA.

Dropped 40% based on manufacturing issues. That ain’t nothing. There are 0 reasons why this won’t go back to $8.00 once they iron out manufacturing.

I am not as bullish as others, but I do know that it will at least get back to $7 minim. Likely $10-12 or higher once full approval.

I’m in for 5,000 shares.

It’s terrible for all the people expecting approval and needing the money. Hard to be down 40%. But I personally wouldn’t see a share. I would buy more with the opportunity that was given.

Nothing has changed about the stock fundamentals or the clinical trials.

UNCY will rise again! (No timeline available)

Aftermath of today.

Hey guys,
First let me say what a blow it was today, so much trust lost over something so seemingly trivial, to be down 50% on a issue that has been unchanged in months was something impossible to predict.

How are we all doing? Are we looking to hold? I personally think it may be time to hang up the UNCY gloves at least until theres a clear timeframe of progression.

The company is going to be in for a rough ride as they will likely have to dilute in order to fund the next year and a half without any revenue, therefore holding from now is a concern. What are peoples thoughts and feelings? This was a big, unexpected blow which leaves us exactly where we were 6 months ago - which is arguably more frustrating than a newfound issue.

Inspection formally assigned

I contacted UNCY IR and their MD Kevin Gardner replied with a B Riley research note

It states: Inspection formally assigned with management's timeline pointing to Q3/4 approval. And that FDA has communicated this in writing to the vendor - "expected to occur in weeks"

Anyone else get this response? Does seem optimistic... at least there are plans to move things forward

Piper/Sandler Reiterate Buy / FDA Inspection Assigned.

While we were disappointed to see UNC Y receive a second CRL related to deficiencies previously identified at a third party manufacturing vendor management provided thoughtful commentary which instills us with confidence specifically during review dialogue the agency told unsi that the third party inspection could occur up to the last few weeks of the June 29th deadline unfortunately during the last hour the FDA informed UNCY that the inspection had not occurred and the only way for the agency to push the date was through a CRL. Notably management highlighted the inspection has now been assigned where they are prepared to resubmit OLC once the inspection is complete and the third party vendor is deemed to compliance UNCY can resubmit OC under type 1 NDA so the new PD UFA date should occur much quicker in three to four months october 2026 d Piper/Sandlers response.

Per management, the FDA has communicated the inspection assignment to the vendor in writing, and management expects it to occur within weeks, given the agency's typical unnaounced scheduling for these visits. Once completed, the path to resubmission and a final decision is expected to be short, consistent with Class 1 type turnaround rather than a new cycle.
