HELP! PS5 and Steam versions of the game on the same ubisoft account

So in short i first bought this game on steam and wanted to play coop with my partner so i bought in on my ps5 aswell, played abit of the intro on both, but i just now realized my steam and ps5 are linked to the same ubisoft account. Is there a way i can fix this still without having to buy the game for the 3rd time?

Can’t create ubisoft account?

So I got UNO and I gotta make an account but when I try this is all I get. I tried to make it on the main website but it does the exact same thing. What do I do here?

Steam splinter cell blacklist Game stuck on “continue” , not being able to communicate with ubisoft : Asus Rog flow z13 please help !!!

erased the cache (there was no cache in ubisoft laucher file .instead I erased the one in the appdata part I changed the name .
I fresh started on clicking on play on steam (I started the ubisoft in administrator)
and this time it returned to "play" again no ubisoft window
then I tried to change in properties of steam game dx11.exe and exe (without dx11) the game app in forcing windows 8 and/or run in administrator
and this time it returned to "continue" in steam game page

and finally I tried to run in administrator the file named blacklist launcher in steam in windows 8 mode or adnimistrator mode
then ubisoft said it had to shut down unrecoverable error

  1. first off I whitelisted dism and sfc .ubisoft .steam(ijust in case)
  2. DISM results : operation successful
  3. sfc results corrupted all files repaired sucessfully (and below the info line including online and offlines ones just my detailed observation)
  4. I completely in order to prevent and avoid interference between platforms I erased the ubisoft connect part of the game splinter cell (not to have two copies in vain) I have restarted the pc and erased old files of the game in the whitelist as well
  5. I restarted the pc as I mentioned now I am cleanfully installing the steam version of the game (knowing that the steam one had started all issues)

From all that I have done so far the o Lu visual clues I have in mind was when I click on play on steam a black window command prompt appearing and disappearing, the mouse icon with turning ring this ring disappears to eternity then when just about to stop the game (seeming running but nothing) the h şsoft launcher the purple window appears just after stopping by clicking on X button on steam page of the game , Ubisoft (oh remembers to shows up again and disappears , and now because of long time frustration I shut down my pc really

That’s all the things that I tried but all messed up , I tried every forcing to work on windows 8 , administrator thing , dism , sfc scan , steam as administ , ubisoft as administ and vice versa , I don’t want to do a bypass I want an absolute solution to get things clean with this game
Please help me are there Any asus Rog flow z13 users by any chance ???

why wont it let me create an acount

i bought far cry 5 on sale and to play i have to create an acount right but any time i try it just gives this error.
the email is okay the password is and the username too theyre all green do i seriously have to refund the game just cus it wont let me make an acount.

edit: what i did is make the acount on ubisofts website then logging in when launching the game

Ubisoft's anti-cheat is falsely banning legitimate players with no real appeal process 160 days, 3000+ hours, 4 cases and not a single human response

I've been permanently banned from Rainbow Six Siege for cheating. I have never cheated. Not posting this looking for support, just want to highlight how broken Ubisoft's appeal process actually is.

It's been 160 days. In that time I've opened 4 support cases (25932848 / 25826850 / 25230958 / 24804655) and every single one has been closed with no actual investigation or explanation. Just auto-closed. No human response.

Here's what I have on my side:

  • 3000+ hours on the account
  • 5555 minutes of Steam background recording
  • Match history showing normal stats and legitimate ranked gameplay
  • 4 documented support cases proving I've been trying to resolve this properly

The automated system has clearly made a mistake and there is no real way to challenge it. Has anyone else been through this? Is there anything that actually works because the official route is completely useless.

My account was stolen and I’m not sure how to get it back

Yesterday morning my account was hacked, I tried resetting the passwords but It appears they may changed the email as well so I filed a claim as usual but in doing so Ubisoft is saying that they sent me a verification email I’ve checked all of my inboxes even the spam and I don’t see it what do I do???

Bought game off Amazon with DLC and skin codes that were already redeemed, and Ubisoft wouldn't fix it.

For Christmas I bought myself Assassin's Creed Shadows through Amazon, because they had a limited edition version that came with codes for the Claws of Awaji and Thrown to the dogs bonus quest, and one for the Sekiryu pack for Naoe. When I finally started playing the game and attempt to redeem the codes, I received a message saying that the codes had already been used. I first tried to reach out to Amazon to get it resolved, but they just asked me to return the game for a refund, or I could send my copy back, and receive a new one, but I didn't want to go that route because I had already put multiple hours into the game. So, they suggested I reach out to Ubisoft support.

My experience with Ubisoft wasn't much better. Ubisoft support initially had me send them proof of purchase with screen shots from Amazon, proof I had the code leaflets, which I did and the case was upgraded. So, I waited, and waited, and waited, and finally nearly three months later I got a response. They asked me to show them proof of my PSN account with PSN ID and email, so I did that. Then they asked me to attempt to redeem the codes through the browser, which I did, and showed them proof that it was already redeemed. Then they asked for a picture of "the front of the CD" and asked for me to attempt to redeem the codes on my console, which I had already attempted, but attempted AGAIN, and sent the picture proof of it not working and of the game disk. Only to then receive a message saying sorry we can give you new codes for Just Dance 2026, asked me to reach out to original seller, and close my ticket. I then reopened the ticket explaining that that was the incorrect game, I had already reached out to Amazon and they told me to contact Ubisoft, and they just sent another message saying sorry you weren't happy with the outcome, but we aren't able to give you new codes. So horrible experience with both Amazon and Ubisoft. Definitely going to give a 1 star review on Amazon, and I'm complaining here but don't expect anything to get resolved lesson learned.

TLDR: Bought Limited Edition AC Shadows from Amazon, Amazon we can refund or replace, but can't give new codes. Didn't want to go that route because already had multiple hours of the game. Contacted Ubisoft Support, jump through hoops, only for them to say we can't give you new codes.

"Access is temporarily restricted" on email change link

I lost access to my old email because it got deleted and asked Support to change it. They sent me a confirmation link, but every time I click it, I get an "Access is temporarily restricted" error.

I've already tried:

  • Different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Ecosia, etc)
  • Incognito mode & clearing all cache/cookies
  • Doing it on my phone with mobile data and mobile hotspot via PC

Support is completely useless. They reply with an automated "our specialists are looking into this" and immediately close the ticket. If I open a new one, everything repeats.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this broken link? Or a way to get a real human to just manually change the email? It really sucks

How do I get my account back?

I accidentally unlinked my Xbox account and Ubisoft account but the phone number and email on the Ubisoft account are extremely old emails that my dad used to use which we have zero access to now. Ubisoft is being really irritating and keeps requesting that we show proof that the email is ours via them emailing it but no matter how many times I say we don’t have access to it they present no solution or acknowledgment of it. Please help🙏🙏
