Ubisoft Help

I’m come to you a humble man…

I’ve had my Ubisoft account for YEARS and things have changed. I just wanna update my email address and phone number but I can’t seem to get it done. I’m trying to get my Twitch drops for The Division 2 but I keep getting the same message. The email is super old so I don’t have it anymore but when I try to update it or my phone number Ubisoft is trying to send verification links to the information I don’t have… I tried the support page to send in a ticket but yet again they’re trying to send verification to a email I don’t have anymore… please help

Can someone explain this to me please? 🤦🏾‍♂️

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, I’ve been playing div 2 for about a year now but I’m a day one div 1 fan. I ordered div 2 from Walmart and when it was delivered I noticed I couldn’t buy anything from the store. I mean no in game currency, level 40 boost, no DLC’s nothing. I’ve been putting up with it but I’ve noticed that certain items are locked behind certain DLC’s. Can anyone lead me in the right direction please?
